  We had a great stay at Waikiki Sunset Condo, managed by Alii Beach Rentals. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy.
  
  The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a kitchen was a big plus, and the balcony offered a nice view, especially in the evening. The building amenities, including the pool and laundry facilities, were convenient and well maintained.
  
  Alii Beach Rentals was professional and responsive throughout the process, from check-in instructions to any questions we had during our stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free.
  
  Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Waikiki, and we would definitely consider booking here again on a future trip.

  Overall, the property was as described with beautiful views. Comfortable, spacious, and pretty much what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, 10 minute walk to Honolulu Zoo and about 15 minutes to the main street and Waikiki Beach. The only minor issues we experienced were very slow and full elevators at all times of the day and night, and on our last night staying there, we happened to get back late from the beach and I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair and the water shut off. There was no warning or notice sent out and the sink and toilet still worked, so I just had to stand in the shower cold with shampoo in my hair while my husband attempted to contact the emergency line. There was no real explanation for what happened but the water came back on about 10 mins later.

  This unit at Waikiki Sunset was great! Check in instructions were very easy. Free parking on-site with this unit is a huge bonus! Parking in Waikiki is expensive and hard to find. The unit was very clean, it had a full kitchen with everything you need. You will have to supply your own seasonings, oils, and sauces. They also have a community pool/bbq grill area which was very clean and nice to use. The king mattress in the bedroom was firm, I prefer a softer mattress but I can't complain, everyone has their own preference on that. I would say they should supply a couple more blankets for sitting in the couch/chairs although we were never cold in the unit or while sleeping even though it was the middle of January. The views off the lanai were very nice for reading or drinking coffee in the mornings watching the sunrise. They also have 2 beach chairs and 2 body boards for taking to the beach which is just a very short walk down the street. Plenty of shopping/restaurants/ABC stores nearby. There is also a washer,dryer, and the trash chute a few doors down. No noisy neighbors or partying, seems like a very family friendly hotel. 10/10 recommend staying here.

  We really enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo was quiet, clean, and set up nicely. The mountain view was awesome during the day and at night with the city lights and we enjoyed eating a few of our meals on the granite counter top. Check in was easy with the Security Desk past the lobby desk and the elevators were not that busy in mid-April. It's easy getting in and out of the garage by showing the parking pass to the attendant, although the pass is taped to an 8x11 cardboard paper. We parked on the 5th floor which had plenty of parking spaces and has bldg elevator access.

  Overall hotel is a little outdated, but our room #3211 was exactly what is depicted in the pictures. It was clean upon our arrival, the check-in & check-out was very simple using the details provided a few days prior to arrival. I would suggest a new iron be provided ASAP, as the one in the room was old and ruined one of my husbands fairly new (worn twice prior) dress shorts. Also the TV remote needed new batteries. The washer/dryer is prepaid via an app that will only allow for minimum of $5, which is a little inconvenient since it's $1.75 per cycle w/no refunds. Overall I would suggest for anyone to stay here!

Great location near the park, beach and away from the busy of central Waikiki but close enough to access by foot. The included parking space was a bonus. We definitely would stay here again.

  It was great! Very convenient location to walk to Waikiki beach, easy to drive off to other parts of the island. Onsite parking included is AWESOME!! Very spacious condo, lovely views, and comfortable. Having a full kitchen was very helpful for making breakfast each morning and a few dinner meals.
  
  Condo was just like the photos! Very easy rental process and thorough rental information.

  My friend and I had a wonderful experience at your condo. The condo had beautiful views, very clean and modern with all amenities. The condo was the perfect place to stay, clean and very updated. The location was close to Waikiki Beach with excellent shopping, restaurants and lots of activities. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and would rent the condo again on a return visit to Honolulu. Thank you for providing a perfect place to stay while on vacation.

  We scored an amazing deal on this new listing on the 32nd floor of Waikiki Sunset! It really was the deal on the stay that spurred the decision to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary in Oahu. The apartment is everything! From the amenities such as a kitchen, two tvs, even an external monitor to do work from, and the amazing view from the balcony that faces in towards Oahu. Everything about the apartment was amazing and we would highly recommend! There was a hiccup in the door code not displaying properly on the app "Hospitality" but a quick call to their office after hours resolved that. You can also get past the funky smell of the outside common area coming out of the elevators (not the rentals fault). Aside from those minor details, I would highly recommend anybody looking for an amazing view, amazing view, and only a 5 minute walk from all the action of Waikiki! Thank you Ali'i Beach Rentals.
