  We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! It was just like the pictures, except the view is better in reality. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Beds were comfortable although a little high for short legged people and the high mattresses could really use deep pocket sheets. Nice city view. Great to have free parking space.   My daughter and I stayed a week in this rental, and loved it. The views from the 30th floor are spectacular and it was conveniently located for the Marathon finish, zoo, aquarium and beach. Quieter than Waikiki but still within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The building is well managed and with 4 elevators access to our floor and the parking garage (included in the rent) was easy. Instructions from the management for checking in and out we’re clear; when emailed with a question they answered promptly. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of good towels. Great kitchen with a full size fridge, a stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. We would definitely rent from this company again.

  The apartament is in a best place in Waikiki, near the Duke’s sculpture and next to Diamond Head. We could go to Hallowen party on the beach by foot. The owner was really helpful with my answers too. The place, for Hawaii, is rommy, we was in a family of 5. There was coin laundry room in the floor. The looby security is too much picky with a COVID, asking for tests copy and forms to use gym and pool, but explained that was because Honolulu is a military base. So, we loved our stay in Alii Beach

  Overall, I thought this place was convenient, and the view was breathtaking! Check-in was smooth, getting in and out of the building was easy, and being able to park in any parking spot was a huge perk. Some cons were that we did find dirty dishes, and we had an unexpected water shut off in the morning, which prevented us from accessing clean water and getting ready.I

  This is a beautiful apartment in the family-friendly Waikiki Sunset. The room is very comfortable with a nice living room, separate bedroom with its own TV, well-appointed kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom includes two very comfortable twin beds that can be joined to make a king. The sleeper in the sofa in the living room is excellent. One of the best for comfort that I’ve ever slept on. We’re Oahu residents and needed a place to stay while the bathroom at our residence was being renovated and ended up staying for six months. You’ll have access to a very nice recreation deck and exercise room. Another big plus is the parking stall that comes with the rental. A true premium for any stay in Waikiki. The jewel that you’ll find is the sprawling city and mountain views going from Manoa Valley and all the way east to Koko Head. The evening rains in the valleys before sunset will close your day with a rainbow or two. You’re also just a block away from Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park where you can exercise or just enjoy time in the sun or walking on the beach in the moonlight. Last but certainly not least, the staff at Alii Beach Rentals is very professional and always available to help when needed.
