  Our stay in 3011 was quiet had a great view of the mountains from the 30th floor. Our unit stayed cool all day as we were on the shady side of the building. Bed was comfortable and supportive. Kitchen had very basic utensils and cookware which was adequate. The ice maker in the freezer was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the beach chairs, there were also 2 umbrellas, snorkels and boogie boards. The only downside which can’t easily be avoided in Waikiki was the pool was shaded by the building, so we don’t use it much. This location was quiet but super close to the beach and main strip in Waikiki.

  Our stay in 3011 was quiet had a great view of the mountains from the 30th floor. Our unit stayed cool all day as we were on the shady side of the building. Bed was comfortable and supportive. Kitchen had very basic utensils and cookware which was adequate. The ice maker in the freezer was a pleasant surprise. The unit itself was clean, beds were comfortable, and well-equipped with various needs for a day at the beach. The included parking, on-site gym and pool were huge bonuses.   Location location! Unit has a great mountain view and a quick 2 block walk to the beach. Price was a fraction of other places and included a parking spot.
  The unit was clean, comfortable and met our needs of cooking a few meals and grabbing good nights of sleep.
  Access to BBQ grills was nice as well.
  Everything was easily walkable for fun eats and relaxing in the sun. The unit did have beach chairs and boogie boards to use.
  We would stay again.
  If there was 1 negative it was the occasional wait for an elevator even though there are 4. Most of the time it wasn't an issue.

  We stayed at this quiet unit last year. The mountain view is perfect to see parts of a sunrise. Kitchen fully equipped with bathroom and bedroom with all you need. Bed was a little soft. Beautiful Mountain View from deck too. Unit is far from elevator and next to paid laundry facilities/trash chute. Very convenient location at the end of Waikiki Diamond Head side.

  This one bedroom condo was a great place for a family of four. The pull out sofa (at least a double if not a queen) and the king sized bed were both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, including a coffee maker, rice cooker, and an automatic ice maker in the freezer! The size of the bathroom, living room, and bedroom were nice. The patio was amazing...a great mountain view and 2 entrances to the porch (sliding door from the bedroom and door from the living room). There are four elevators in the building and they worked well....several times we had to wait but no more than 5 minutes. And there was plenty of parking in the garage and all the spots were close to the elevators. The pool was nice....shallow but my kids enjoyed it. Plenty of lawn chairs to relax on. The location of the building itself is a bit off the main drag but that was fine with us. It was close to the beach so we could walk but we don't go to Waikiki Beach often since we drive around the island. It was a bit of a walk to our favorite place on Kuhio Ave....Ice Monster! Overall a nice place to stay.

  It was an easy check in and we were impressed with the Mountain View. Our unit was located down the hall near the laundry facilities and trash chute which made it convenient. The bed was comfortable and the AC efficient. There were sufficient linen and towels. Although we did not cook in the unit, there seemed to be sufficient supplies to do light cooking. We did not have any hand soap so had to buy our own. On our first stay we noticed the toilet did not flush well and we eventually had to plunge it to find a toilet paper holder lodged in side. Once removed the toilet worked fine.
  The building is in a great location away from hectic Waikiki but close enough to walk to it, the park, the beach and local restaurants. The included parking was a huge bonus. The property management was very clear on instructions before we arrived and after. We would stay here again.

  Being a couple of blocks from the beach made it easy. The small restaurant s we used within a short walk had the best food ever with a great variety to choose. The condo on the 30rd floor was quiet with a wonderful mountain
  view and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktail.
  The condo accommodations were good with a king bed, sofa pullout, full kitchen and AC. I plan to return next Xmas.

  Being a couple of blocks from the beach made it easy. The small restaurant s we used within a short walk had the best food ever with a great variety to choose. The condo on the 30rd floor was quiet with a wonderful mountain
  view and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktail.
  The condo accommodations were good with a king bed, sofa pullout, full kitchen and AC. I plan to return next Xmas.

  Great place to stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and it served as a great home base. The laundry is next door. The elevators from the garage take to directly to your floor. Appreciated that the building is secure. You need a "key" to get to the elevators from the garage and also you need to register with security upon arrival. The free parking was helpful as parking can go up to $60/Day in Waikiki. We had an issue with the towel bar and shower curtain rod upon arrival. Sent an email on Sunday fully expecting someone to get back to us the following day but maintenance contacted us that day and the issue was resolved by the time we returned to the condo that evening. We have rented through Ali'i before and have always had great service. Furniture is a little dated but we mainly used the condo for sleeping and some meals so it wasn't an issue.

  If you want to stay near the most happening area in HNL than this is it. This building is literally one block from the famous Waikiki beach. All shopping, amazing restaurants, grocery stores are a very short walk away. this apartment has amazing mountain views and overall the amenities are really good. For a family of 4 we highly recommend this place.
