  A great unit in the middle of Waikiki. It provided easy walking to everything. Condo is spacious perfect for two people. Free parking is an added plus. It is clean, nice balcony, excellent view. The cons were the unit is dated, and worn. The unit is tight on storage. The closet in the bedroom was crammed with laundry basket, and cleaning supplies. You could hang your clothes but nothing on the floor. Updating the unit would make it top rated. Communication is excellent. Instruction were clear, and easy to follow. The bed was springy, but slept well. Overall pleasant stay, it has some great perks. I would recommend this unit for the value traveller. Thank you

  We stayed at this property for 3 nights in Sept. It was a perfect location, close to Waikiki beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Parking as part of the package is a bonus. The unit is a perfect size for 2-4 people and is a great place to chill out at the end of a busy day. View from the balcony cant be beat

  Quiet room away from the streets. Great views. While there were buildings, see the Pacific and people in the water was great. Back side was the mountains. Wonderful to see the rain fall and rainbows.

  We are very satisfied with the place. Overall, everything was good and we felt very much at home. The place was clean and provided all the necessaities. It even provided many beach tools like beach chair, beach umbrella and boogie boards. Location was excellent (only a short walk and you are right at the beach). We even saw fireworks from the balcony. Customer service was excellent and very accommodating with the late check-out.

  Very close to Waikiki beach. Excellent ocean view from balcony (can check surfing conditions at a glance). Security staff were very courteous and accommodating. Condo was missing a few kitchen items, but after advising Alii Beach Rentals, they were purchased and delivered to us the next day.

  The strong resin like odor outside the door came into the unit and made being in the unit impossible. My physical reactions included scratchy throat, runny sinus', and a headacbe. Affdd a few phone calls,and inconvenience on my part a man in your office found me another rental with a different company. I am surprised that this unit was rented knowing that the strong odor of the walkway resurfacing permeated the unit.
  I was trying that the manager said that I would not be charged and am appreciative for this.

  This condo has a great view ! The property supplied very thing that we needed for a great stay. The location is great and easy walk to beach and all shops and restaurants. Parking is a plus with this condo. Building is kept very clean pool looked great from lanai but didn't use it. The owner has supplied boogie boards and beach chair and beach towels as well. The condo does need a little updating, and as someone else said the most annoying thing were the blinds kept falling off. The beds were comfortable enough, but need new sheets for king bed as they do not fit properly. I would stay here again it did meet all our needs while in Waikiki.

  My husband and I took our 15 y.o. son and his friend to this location. The space was a bit tight for these lanky boys and the counter space was limited due to us lining up 3 laptops on the desk/table, but we made it work. We were only 2 blocks from the beach, the zoo and aquarium. Surf rentals and lots of food vendors were nearby. We drove to Safeway and cut down on expenses by cooking ourselves. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and security was good, as you had to use your key to operate the elevator and stairs were only accessible to go down. We had a view and binoculars were provided, so despite the inevitable high-rises of this city, you could see the beach. The pool was on the 4th floor and nicely maintained. Everything was as promised, and good for the price.

  We stayed for 10 days, all was as promised. The condo was clean and close to the beach. Free parking was a huge plus. We would stay again. We were allowed to check in early (appreciated, thank you), but not to check out late.

  The condo is just as described, oceanview from our Lanai, tons of amenities and free parking. Location is superb, close to everything. The staff at Ali'i rentals are so easy to talk to and the instructions are well done.

  I have stayed in this building before and it is a great location with nice view, secure and quiet building. It is an older building but the bed was comfortable and the murphy bed and futon were great. The free parking was very helpful - I don't rent a car, but I do have friends in oahu who want to visit in the evenings when the building has no visitor parking (5pm - midnight = no visitor parking). Didn't use the pool or laundry, but conso has all necessary cooking implements.

  This was my first experience with Alii Beach Rentals.
  I heard about this from a friend that had stayed at the same unit. Booking the property was straight forward. I had phoned Alii Beach Rentals before and after booking.
  The people I talked to were professional and helpful.I liked the self check in and out. This was especially helpful as our plane was delayed and we arrived after midnight.
  The property was as described. I appreciated that there were extras like beach chairs, ice in the freezer and some spices in the cupboard.
  
  There were a few minor maintence issue that I reported to Mike.
  The best thing about the unit we rented was its location. Close to everything. We could walk to many places like the beach, zoo and aquarium. Also, it was very close to the bus routes which was very easy to use and get around. We spent many hours sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view.
  
  I thought the emails were very helpful informing me of how to check in and what would be provided. I really appreciated the email thanking me for my stay and when I had to check out.
  I thought I was staying one more day.
  I was so surprised that I had made this error and phoned Chloe Brown quite late. I was glad to speak to a real person and not an answering machine. Chloe was professional, polite and although she could not extend my stay, she was reassuring. In my rush to make other arrangements, pack, check out in time and try to enjoy my last day in Hawaii, I forgot some items in the condo. I phoned Chloe and she said that she would check with the cleaners. She followed up and communicated that yes, they did find my sunglasses and address book. Chloe made arrangements to have my items returned to me.
  
  We would definitely use Alii Beach Rentals again.

  Thank you for making our stay memorable, we had a great time being able to walk to the beautiful Kuhio beach, all the designer's stores, restaurants, etc... The free parking allowed us to rent a car and drive all-over the island making us feel like locals! Thank you to "Super Seper" for the best customer service, providing us with beach gears and checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was very well planned, highly recommended!

  I recently stayed at Condo 1808 at Waikiki Park Heights and was very satisfied with the experience. View of the beach was fabulous and the unit was exactly as depicted in photos. Although the furnishings and decor were slightly dated and mismatched this in no way detracted from the enjoyment provided by amenities in the unit. With two TVs, dvd player, radio, numerous kitchen appliances and even binnoculars to get even better view of the beach, there was no way anyone would not be satisfied with the facilities provided. Would recommend this unit to couples or small families wanting all the comforts of home at a reasonable price.

  Great location with a great view in a very homely feeling condo. Only negative we had was we assumed we had a bath tub but turns out it only has a shower. Full size fridge was a plus for plenty of drinks and left overs.
  Beds were large and comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets, lots of towels aswell.
  recommend for anybody looking for a place with beach views.

  Dated,needs to be upgraded. Stay was for two months, requested small repairs never attempted/completed. Only suitable for two people, very cramped with more. Building has excellent security staff, got to know them by first names. Safe place! Close to everything, 5 minutes to world famous beach.

  We have stayed several times at this property, very comfortable, could use a little updating but the location is perfect - 2 short blocks from the beach and the condo has everything you need for cooking at home. The view is spectacular from the lanai.

  Like most hotels in Waikiki, this suite is very outdated. But, the downsides end there. Everything else is great. Alii Beach Rentals were great to work with, stayed in contact. Everything worked like clock work. The best thing about this place is hands down its location. Only two small blocks to the beach and you can watch the sun set over the pacific from your air conditioned lounge. The room has beach towels, chairs bah towels and all kitchen appliances you could want. Would definitely recommend.

  Overall a great time, good location and nice view of ocean. The unit is a bit small, very small kitchen, but worked out ok. I wish more information about the unit's "toys" had been given to us. We went out and purchased a couple of boogie boards, and discovered one in the closet for us. Didn't discover a 2nd boogie board under the bed until our last day that we could have made use of as well. The two beach chairs were sweet. I'd rent again.

  The condo fit our needs perfectly! It was in a decent area (some areas close by were not so good),it was 2 blocks from the beach -with a view of the beach and it came with a parking space. There were boogie boards, a small cooler, beach chairs and towels - even snorkel gear available for use. The decor was a bit outdated but who cares! We would definately stay here again.

  Excellent location and very practical. Great view! Extremely secure as you cannot use the elevator unless you use a key card, which is attached to your key. One staff member who works for the property was a bit rude and unreasonable. (wouldn't let the kids use their masks in the pool...really?) The ceiling could use some paint, and a few things could be updated, but we were overall really pleased with our stay. Wish there was a service onsite to store our luggage on the last day as a result of the early check-out and late flight. However, all things considered...we will be back. Thanks so much!!!

  This was my 2nd time staying at this location, the location is perfect, the condo is a little dated but clean and comfortable. The 2 burner stove doesn't really cook very well but I will be renting here again. Ali'i Beach Rentals is a great management company, no problems with them at all.

  Had a wonderful time and the condo was located in the perfect place. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaraunts. The murphy bed worked out great for our daughter! The condo could definetly use updating (new paint on ceiling!). The price was fair for the condition of this condo but a new couch would be a huge upgrade. We would definetly come back!

  Great views of sunrise and surfers on the blue waters. Less traffic noise with the building set back from Kuhio Avenue. Great to have a blender to make your own Mai Tais or slushes. Ice machine is great to keep the tray full. Nice to have lawn chairs with pockets to recline at the beach. All suites have an ocean view. Pool was very clean. I like preparing my own meals as eating out can be a drag. You are close to the King's Village where the farmers market is each Monday and Friday night. There are lots of reasonable restaurants in the immediate area and close to the Pantry food mart. Nice furniture through out. No roaches invaded my suite! Elevator service was efficient.
  
  Would suggest that the three in one electrical outlets be discarded as they are a fire hazard. Never circumvent the ground prong of a 3 prong plug into a 2 prong outlet. The battery was missing from the smoke alarm but I found a spare one with the bulbs. Ask the cleaners to test the alarm each time they clean and provide a new back up battery. The alarm is sensitive to upper level pollution and would sound off intermittently (should replace as these are not meant to last forever). The filters in the hood fans above the stove top need immediate replacement. Never use compact fluorescent bulbs with dimmer switches. I placed an incandescent one in the sconce on the kitchen wall. Replace the undercabinet fluorescent fixture as the light did not glow well.
  
  I appreciated that management replaced the defective phone in the suite. It's good to have internet access to relay a problem to management. In fact, they emailed me about the tsunami warning that I no idea of. I would recommend providing the option of a late check out for guests leaving on night flights. You could charge 50-60% of the daily rate for a check out of around 9pm. The same for early check ins as well especially if the suite was already empty. Easy to access the lock boxes to obtain keys.

  This condo is centrally located in downtown. Makes getting around easier with no worries of parking. It was a little on the small side, but overall, was clean and everything you would need is in the condo.

  Good location for the price. Easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Pool was a nice alternative when we didn't want to go to the beach. Nice view. Furniture could use some updating.

  The condo was very clean and we were very impressed. I would come back to this location at the drop of a hat. It was only 3 blocks from the beach, which is almost unheard of unless you are willing to spend upwards of $350 a night. Well worth the trip to beautiful Oahu.

  This was a very nice location, central to everything we did. The view was beautiful, and I enjoyed my quiet mornings looking at the beach, which was much closer than the pictures indicated.
  On the negative side, the living/dining area was smaller than the pictures suggest, but it was comfortable, and the kitchen area was well stocked with cooking items.
  Giving the A/C vents a good cleaning would make this place better for those, like me, with allergies, but being able to open the windows to the lovely weather was just priceless!!
  I would come back again.

  We've stayed in this location before (booked through a different company) so we knew what to expect with the condo. It could use a little more updating with the furniture - it's all a little dated. The kitchen has obviously been updated and it was great however there is no dining table, also the TVs are old. The booking process with Alii was perfect, I'd definitely use them again and I would stay at this property again. There is a murphy bed in the living room which uses up some valuable space, a fold out couch would be a better option. The location is perfect, the views were awesome, all in all a very good stay.

  I would definetly recommend Alli Beach Rentals to my friends and have already done so. The choice of rental properties and their pricing is very good. The pictures displaying the various properties is also very accurate. I loved the little notes that were hung around the condo as these were very helpful.

  Small but immaculate condo with sweeping view of ocean and city. Only complaints were lack of bar soap in shower (only liquid hand soap) and coffee filters, without which coffeepot is unusable. Great location - can walk to many things - and staff handled problem with lock suddenly not working promptly. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for reasonably priced place in downtown Honolulu!

  We were very pleased to find the condo looking EXACTLY like it does in the online photos. And yes the beach is literally down the street, a five minute walk tops!! Every morning we enjoyed coffe on the lania and watched surfers in the water off Waikiki beach; it was beautiful. The toilet area is small as another reviewer had stated but the way the bathroom toilet,shower, and sink are set up so no one gets in each others way! We did have a small encounter with one of the security people; he was rude and abbrasive towards my husband while he was waiting for me to come downstairs but the rest of the security staff were very pleasant. Checking in and out was so easy! We did not encounter one person in the process (which is a bit different) but everything went smoothly and having a parking space included was super helpful!! You can walk to whatever you need, beach, convience store, high fashion shopping, bars, restaurants within minutes. It is a great location if you want to be in the heart of the action. The condo itself was clean, there was some dust build up in the bathroom fans, which could be cleaned out more but overall I was pleased with how clean the linens and bath areas were. There are bath mats, and thanks to us, a beach chair in the condo for your use, it makes going away to the beach so easy for travelers from far away... I would stay again without hesitation, you should too!!

  Overall we were very happy with our experience with this unit. Although we chose not to do much food prep, It was nice having a full kitchen and the extras like a blender. The unit appeared bigger in the photos. But with some maneuvering, it was sufficient for four adults. The murphy bed was firm and comfortable. My wife and I took it all week, instead of trading off mid-week. With the door closed the noise from the street was not a problem. We really enjoyed mornings and evenings on the lanai. When people were smoking on the adjoining lanai the prevailing wind brought it right at us and as non smokers this was unpleasant, but they weren't out all the time. The room was for four adults and it would have been nice to have four sets of cups/dishes and beach towels, but considering everything else provided this was a minor inconvenience. Shelly was very helpful and returned calls promptly. I only regret not getting into Honolulu to meet her in person. Maybe next trip, as I would gladly stay here again. This was my in-laws first trip to Oahu and they were more complimentary about this unit than the places they stayed in New York City.

  With the unit being only a couple of blocks off Waikiki beach it was in a perfect location. The view from the lanai looked directly out on to the beach and with the bedroom located at the back of the unit led to restful and quiet nights.
