  This unit was a great place for extended stay. It is very clean, in a good location, close to the beach and also to bus transportation. Even though we arrived around midnight, we found the check instructions were simple and easy to follow. The building is very secure so we didn't worry about leaving things in the room

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Heights Ocean Condo. Great location on Kuhio, close enough to all that Waikiki has to offer while still affording you enough of a distance to let you sleep without noise or interruption. Hy's Steakhouse is just downstairs and not to be missed for a special occasion. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance including the International Marketplace which is a foodie heaven. The condo is soooooo cute. Lots of kitsch decor creating a delightful Polynesian oasis in the heart of Waikiki. Great spot!

  We found our six-week "home" clean and neat upon arrival. We had a few very minor issues such as a light bulb needing to be replaced over the stove in the microwave.
  
  When I called to have the issues resolved I was met with grace and concern and had a friendly and knowledgeable man come within a few hours or the next day.
  
  I look forward to renting from Alii Beach Rentals again. I would have no hesitation in renting from them. They were great to work with.

  This is my second stay at Waikiki park heights through Alii Beach Rentals. Quiet part of the strip and right off the beach. Checkin and out very easy and have own parking space is super convenient. AC was good. Partial ocean view was nice. I would stay again.

  We had a very positive experience staying at Waikiki Park Heights 1412.
  The condo was clean when we arrived and it provided all the essentials that we required.
  Our hosts, Rita and Gaby were very helpful whenever we had a question or needed some support directives about specifics such as getting the TVs up and running. These ladies were very accommodating and even on the last day gave us leeway on the departure time which we do appreciated.
  If we get a chance to go back to Honolulu we would like to go through them for a property.

  We glade that we picked this condo. First of all it's has ocean view and convenient location which is I find very important: close to beaches, less than 5 minutes to the Duke's beach, many ABC
  stores around,restaurants and small cafes; the bus stops; the zoo.... the staff at the building very friendly. The condo itself small but has everything for comfortable vacationing. Little kitchen, towels, beach chairs etc.

  Very nice place. Good location. Easy access to everything. The living area is a bit smaller than anticipated but the bedroom is huge.

  Our condo was super clean and cute! Stocked really well with everything you'd need from towels to dishes to pots and pans. Great little view of Waikiki beach. The whole reservation process was simple and includes detailed instructions on what to expect upon check in. Highly recommend!

  The beach gear included in this rental was extremely helpful (beach chairs, boogey boards, etc.) The building is clean and well maintained. The elevators are quick. The pool area is nice was not crowded. This is a great property for an extended stay where you might want to cook some meals and still be in the middle of everything.

  We were lucky enough to spend three weeks in Hawaii this past July. This was our first experience with a condo rental, as we had previously stayed at hotels on Kalakaua Ave. We were hoping being two blocks from Kalakaua wouldn’t be an issue. We were right! The location is fantastic. The views from the front (living area) and the bedroom are amazing. Kuhio Ave has really cleaned up in the past few years, so if you’re hesitant about staying on Kuhio based on past experience, don’t be concerned. There are fantastic restaurants close by—the Poke Bowl place across the street is great, and very friendly. If you surf, make sure to rent your board from Moku. It’s right down the street toward the beach (next to Shorefire).
  
  The condo was very clean (and I am very picky). Everything we needed was available to us in the kitchen. Beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards are provided. Overall a great stay!

  We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, conveniently located, and contained all the amenities that we required. The assistance with our arrival (we were confused about the location and parking) was prompt and attentive. We visited with family on the island and ventured out to a few restaurants and beaches. We definitely would recommend this property to friends. Our only concern was being so high up in case of fire. We didn't see a sprinkler system.

  We had a great trip. The rental company was excellent. They were on time meeting us and the condo was perfect, clean and we had everything we needed. Perfect for two people.
  The bed was huge and comfortable.

  My husband and a I stayed for 9 nights and loved this rental. The unit was so super clean, light, bright and so well equipped. The check in and out processes were simple and we could see the ocean conditions from our lanai. The unit is very clean and many windows let in light. Only 2 blocks to the beach the location was amazing. We were thrilled with this rental and it had absolutely everything we needed and more. Plenty of bath towels and amenities including all kitchen utensils, salt papers, herbs, cutlery and tea towels and cleaning products. Thank you for keeping such a gorgeous little space. We will stay here next trip.

  My wife and I visited Oahu for our 7 year anniversary and chose this beach rental; it was everything described; clean, well furnished (very Art Deco) well stocked with everything you’ll need to cook if you like, beach chairs/towels, huge master bed; immaculate view from all four corners; balcony facing the ocean (which is a short two block walk.
  
  Hy’s Steakhouse is right downstairs, International Market Place two blocks away, grocery store, banks and taxi/shuttles or Uber all accessible within minutes. The condo is surrounded by tons to do.
  
  Check in was effortless; keys were easy to pick up and check out was easy; there’s a binder everything you’ll need inside for WiFi passwords, phone numbers etc. Communication with management was very good.
  
  The condo is very well taken care of and we would definitely stay again!

  We were sending our daughter to the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and had to get her used to Honolulu for a week before school started. We could not have found a better place than this hidden gem in the middle of the hustling and bustling Waikiki area. The Park Heights condominium is located within walking distance to the beach, eateries, and shops; which is very convenient for my family to get food and do things around Waikiki. There are also free shuttles a block away to get you around Waikiki as well, including to a giant shopping mall at Ala Moana. The building has 24 hours security with friendly and helpful staff on site. This condominium is on the 14th flood at a corner and away from the elevators, makes it a discrete and quiet little place to rest. The place is clean, comfortable and bright, comes with a full kitchen and lots amenities, including beach chairs. We booked directly with Ali’i Beach Rental and the management was awesome! They even gave us a free parking. We had a great experience with our stay and will definitely be back again.
