Unfortunate situations
Melodee L. から United States, March 15, 2026 March 2026日後に4日間滞在Staying @ Waikiki Banyan could have been great, but weather conditions caused multiple bad situations including ceilings to leak causing water damage on the floors. We had 2 emergency fire alarm . Storm caused power outages, no electricity, or hot water. one elevator in service, waiting time to get on was 30 min or more. Eventually having to cxl rez & move out.

The view of the water was amazing! Don’t have any complaints about this unit, but I’d recommend upgrading the kitchen and living rug. I also think upgrading the sleeping sofa would be a good idea, since it’s stained and not very comfortable to sleep on.

Beautifully Renovated

The view of the water was amazing! Don’t have any complaints about this unit, but I’d recommend upgrading the kitchen and living rug. I also think upgrading the sleeping sofa would be a good idea, since it’s stained and not very comfortable to sleep on.

This bathroom has a door to the bedroom and living area. I was alone so it didn't matter but last year had a unit with no door and I was there with my sister. It was a little harder to maintain privacy. I would definitely recommend this unit and also want to mention that the higher the floor, the view is often better.

Check in was good with communication through email with door code etc. Apartment was just as seen in photos. The shower handle came off when turned, and the ranch slider to deck was stiff and hard to slide. I messaged manager and then my family went out for a walk. Everything in the apartment feel brand new, having a kitchen was super convenient for our needs. The apartment is small but comfortable for what we needed. The unit being in the 32nd floor made it quiet but close enough to the beach for walking. No issues accessing the apartment and having feee parking was a big plus considering the prices in the area. They had umbrellas and extra towels in the closet perfect for a beach day. Only problem is that elevators can get pretty busy so you may need to wait.
