  We absolutely loved this condo. Great view of Waikiki beach and only a two block walk to the beach. It was also very nice to have a parking pass as walking around the hotels charge $50 or more per night.

  My wife and I have stayed in the Banyan yearly for over 15 years and this room is one of the nicest we have rented.
  It was very clean and had all the needed equipment to cook with.
  The only negative is the futon which is uncomfortable to sit on and even worse to sleep on as my 32 year old daughter stayed with us and she found it very uncomfortable.
  Alii Rentals were fantastic to deal with.

  We loved staying here. Convenient to the beach. A beautiful view of the ocean. Bed was very comfy. Only thing we didn’t like was the couch was not very comfortable

  We had our doubts about renting in a condo but the experience has been 5 stars.
  The cleanliness, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, location to the best restaurants and access to the beach within a two minute walk.
  In addition, this condo offers free parking, which is very necessary in Waikiki.
  I would definitely recommend this 5 star accommodation.

  The location was great and easy access to Kapahulu-H1. We were delighted with this condo as it was "bright" but very private with the shades. The instructions via the app were great checking in and out and the rental team were very responsive in fixing some lights that were out. It was really a nice stay. The in and out parking is definately a must. We definately will be back!

  We were very pleased with our accommodation. Great location for the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We purchased an umbrella and left it for the use of the next holiday makers. The lifts are getting old and are slow or not working but while on holiday we had no rush to be anywhere.

  Lovely condo. Really nice only on the tenth floor as the elevators were often full so could just walk down the stairs. Nice was an end unit so very quiet. Nice decor for a beach condo. Lovely to be able to see the sea and watch the surfers and the boats. Very comfortable bed. The futon sofa was uncomfortable but the cane chairs were nice. Nice and close to the beach and a Starbucks for coffee.

  Very nice condo! View from the lanai is better than pictured. Convenient location for walking to Waikiki beach, shops and activities. Having parking is a real plus. During our stay there were only 3 elevators working, so it could take some time to get into an elevator. One tip -Park on the 5th floor in case you don't want to wait. Stairs for 5 floors is not bad. Very happy with the stay!

  The unit is quite pleasant. Everything works quite well. Great service elevators (I think there were four elevators and we did not have to wait more than one or two minutes (even less usually 5 -10 seconds for an elevator). The unit was clean - FREE PARKING made the stay even more attractive. The 10th floor is quite high enough - there was one false alarm at 11:30 pm and everyone had to leave their units - so walking down 10 flights was a breeze. Sad for those on the 30th floor. It took about 15 minutes waiting outside and then everyone returned back to their condos. In the middle of Waikiki expect some noise - sirens, loud people, a small bit of noise from the upstairs unit and so forth. The lanai was useful for drying moist towels otherwise we did not use it. The controls on the stove were pretty easy to use. However, we never did quite figure out how to use the tv remotes - way too complicated for us. One of the small chairs needed to be glued back together as the back came off when I first picked it up. The directions about how to enter the unit were unclear. There were two codes one with four and one with six digits. Since we were following the four digit code it took us about ten minutes to figure out and read further and use the six digit code. That issue needs to be updated immediately. It was breezy and cool enough that we did not need to use the air
  conditioner at all. Also we did read the wrong wifi code as it was listed in the directions - A tech had to come up and he discovered that there was a second code that we needed to use. The wifi directions manual also needs to be updated. These were minor inconveniences but did take time away from our vacation. The shower is very good - large. Have to first figure out the way it works - takes about a minute. Instant hot water - good pressure. Very convenient to the beach and shopping. There was NO SAFE in the unit which we rely on when we go swimming. We recommend that one be installed.
