  Pictures look a little better than in person. There’s a few minor cosmetic and maintenance issues but overall our experience was great. The beds were comfortable, had convenient amenities, like laundry facilities and free parking. The location was ideal, and the included beach toys were much appreciated. We would stay here again.

  The condo was very clean and comfortable. My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location was just a few blocks from the beach. The sunsets at the beach were gorgeous. We did not get a rental car which would have been nice to have. We usually took The Bus and sometimes a cab. There is a nice coffee shop on the ground level.

  We rented this condo while we were dropping our son off at University of Hawaii. It had plenty of space for the 3 of us and free parking! The spots in the lot are tight, but conveniently located. The bathroom has a bidet and a heated seat which was a nice touch. It is conveniently located close to downtown and Waikiki beach. There are 2 Starbucks nearby as well. Upon check in, the provided key code did not work, however, after calling the company, the issue was quickly resolved. The only downside is that when renting through a 3rd party, the hotel itself does not help you since you are not considered one of their clients/customers.

  I had stayed at this property before using another Rental Site, and I’ll tell you I’m sticking with Ali’i Rentals. Very easy to communicate and get your questions answered on a timely manner. Did I mention that their fees are way less?
  Unit on 16th floor Mountain View was amazing, super clean, well stocked and beds were very comfy.
  I will definitely rent this unit and recommended to friends and family.

  I had stayed at this property before using another Rental Site, and I’ll tell you I’m sticking with Ali’i Rentals. Very easy to communicate and get your questions answered on a timely manner. Did I mention that their fees are way less?
  Unit on 16th floor Mountain View was amazing, super clean, well stocked and beds were very comfy.
  I will definitely rent this unit and recommended to friends and family.

  Dear Alii Beach Rentals~
  
  The listing of the unit said that it was a newly acquired rental. Turns out that we were the first to rent this unit. Unfortunately, there were a few things amiss when we first checked in. There was no info on Wi-Fi name & password. The TV cable was not connected. A handful of appliances & supplies were missing. However, after a couple of calls to the rental office, all of these things were provided/ delivered & connected. We appreciated Chika (office) & Dave (maintenance). Both were professional & efficient! Thanks to them, the rest of our vacation went on without a hitch! The security guards were pleasant & very helpful. Parking structure is pretty tight, but there is parking for everyone. The condo was very clean & nicely decorated. Not one cockroach in 11 days! Once we received all the missing items that were listed for the condo, the condo was perfect. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect! Easy, quick access to the beach, shopping malls, markets & freeway. As long as the sliders were closed, we barely heard any street and/or siren noise.
  
  Here are a few suggestions to make Unit #1605 even more perfect...
  
  The lanai slider needs work, very difficult to open! Might want to think of replacing the metal counter stools. They are too high & very uncomfortable. The ?raffia? ottomans were a bit flimsy for adult use. Every time we touched/moved them, there would be little white beads/ pieces all over the floor/rug. Having a broom & a dustpan in the unit would have helped. We bought a Japanese broom from Longs. The fridge is not level. We had to make sure to hold on to the door so it wouldn’t hit the wall. Another ice tray and container for the ice would be nice.
  
  Bottom line: Because of the quick actions of your staffers, Chika & Dave, we are extremely pleased with our stay & would definitely come back to stay in #1605 again! Aloha & Mahalo nui!
