  This rental condo is one of the better ones we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many in the Banyan. It is fully equipped kitchen wise. The best feature for sure is the dishwasher. When on vacation, I don’t want to be doing dishes! The living room couch is sagging and would be great if replaced especially with a sofabed. One end table in the bedroom isn’t enough but a Costco box did the trick lol. A dresser or something to store your items would also be beneficial. Outdoor patio cushions have seen a better day as well. But overall it’s a great unit ... it’s just missing that beautiful ocean view. Ali’i Beach Rentals was great to book with - we had zero issues. Mahalo for the great stay! ����

  This rental condo is one of the better ones we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many in the Banyan. It is fully equipped kitchen wise. The best feature for sure is the dishwasher.   We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this location. It was about a 2-2.5 block walk to the beach, so we could enjoy the sunsets each evening. The area was busy and well-lit enough that it felt safe walking back even during twilight/early nighttime. Yes, the pool/rec area is under construction, but that was explained beforehand. While we were there, there was only minimal noise from the worksite, along with zero dust. There are four elevators in the building, and we only had a brief wait 1-2 times during the visit. They're surprisingly quick and efficient, considering there are over 30 stories! The condo itself was well laid out for a short stay, though it would have been nice to have a few more washcloths and another set of towels. If you're planning to do laundry (just down the hall), you'll have no problem! We grabbed an inexpensive washcloth set from a store, along with some extra hangers. As other reviewers have stated, it would be nice to have a dresser, but we found the shelving inside the closet to be adequate for two people. The property owner included a welcome basket with coffee, cookies, etc. which was very nice, along with a single set of small toiletry items - perfect for if you want to refresh after arrival, before going out to pick up supplies.
  The unit was very tidy. When I had a question about something, the owner responded very promptly and courteously. The only suggestion I have is that it could do with a small furniture refresh. The items were clean, just a bit worn (bar stools, lampshade, etc.). It didn't stand out unless looked for, and didn't hamper our enjoyment at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.   We chose this apartment with Alii Beach Rental, because its location, and other features, such as parking. Of course the apartment seemed very nice and it was exactly as we saw on the photos.
  Although the pool was closed due to renovation this didn't impact negatively our stay. The beach is so close and after a lot of other beaches we've been to, we just wanted to relax when we got home.
  The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen was awesome. We like to cook and we found everything we needed for this 4 day stay.

  This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Location was about a 4 minute walk to waikiki beach. About a 2 minute walk to our favorite breakfast at Mac 24/7. The building is old, but well maintained. Some construction was going on, but did not seem to bother us. Condo itself was beautiful, clean, and included all the necessary amenities. Laundry room is located at the end of the hall. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole floor, but it didn't seem to be a problem. The property has a pool (not heated), play area, coffee shop, and convenience store. The convenience store came in very handy for small items that we forgot and didn't want to run out to the store. Definitely would recommend this property and we would stay there again in the future!

  Our stay was awesome! We loved the condo and very important the bed was great! We have stayed here a number of times because of the location to beach and we love the fact that we are on the east end of Waikiki. I prefer this vs being in the thick of Waikiki.

The rental company was quick to respond to our questions and needs. There is very basic kitchen tools but a coffee pot and is very close to everything and Uber drivers were always very quick to pick us up so no need for a rental car. It is super family friendly!   Clean comfortable stay. The right size for my family of 3. Nice bonus were a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board in the condo. We faced the pool and saw the sun peak through the buildings in the mornings. Kitchen was adequately equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, paper towels, dishes for 4 and enough dishwasher pods for the whole week. In the bathroom there was a hairdryer and small sample size of shampoo/conditioner. Two small hotel size bars of soap which was just barely enough for the 3 of us. The internet wasn't working, but was easily resolved with the management company. They were very helpful and friendly whenever I had a question. Close to the beach, Zoo and Diamond Head. It took us about an hour to walk to DH from the condo

  Overall unit is good. Lack of paper towels and shampoo so you should bring your own if you stay longer. We stayed for 10 days and the supplies was not enough. 3 adults and 2 kids stay comfortably. The elevator wait is very long so plan ahead. Swimming pool is outdated and you cannot use any inflatable. The unit itself is nice with newer finishes.

We provide bath towels, beach towels, bedding, and hair dryer for you. Each bathroom will have one set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath soap and 4 rolls of toilet paper to get you started and it will be up to you to buy more if you run out. The property will also have a small supply of dish washing liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher), and trash bags. Once these amenities are done you will need to supply your own for the rest of your stay. Other kitchen items include a rice cooker and a tea kettle.
