  We stayed in this rental for 4 months and couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. The room and building was very clean, the Ali Beach Rental staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the location couldn’t have been better (6 minute walk to the beach!!!)

  This condo is exactly as described. The condo was clean, kitchen had a new dishwasher and all the amenities we required to cook our meals. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Great location to nearby restaurants and only a short two blocks to the beach. Thanks to Ali Beach rentals who were readily available to speak with and who addressed all of our concerns during the covid 19 pandemic. We would definitely recommend this condo.

  It was such a good experience! LOVED that we had an AC because it was so hot while we were visiting and it was close to everything! Only thing was the pool was not open and the laundry room wasn’t 24hrs.

  The Royal Kuhio is in the perfect location, we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Starbucks & McDonalds directly across the street.
  The unit was clean and close to the elevator. The parking spot was also close to the Elevator. The unit was equipped with a few items for the beach and a hairdryer which was great. I wish the door had a chain for a little extra security and the air conditioning leaked water on the balcony but those were minor issues. We really enjoyed our stay!

  Condo offered everything we needed. It’s located right in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment that surrounds the condo. During our stay the 7th floor was being renovated which meant that we didn’t have access to the pool, laundry facility, gym, or bbq grill. But that wasn’t a big deal since the beach is a block away. Renovations will end beginning of June, just an FYI. The condo itself was great. There is a queen bed, twin bed, and pull out sofa. The sofa itself is really comfortable. We didn’t use the pull out bed. The kitchen made things super convenient. We were able to cook our breakfast & freeze our poke in the full fridge to take home. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The building itself always has a security guard in the lobby or doing rounds. Super safe location. All in all I would totally stay in this condo again.

  This is 99% accurate, the laundry room is still open on the 7th floor! The condo is in the best condition its been in while in our program and we love this review! This guest will love the Alii Beach Rentals Rewards points they earned during this trip.

  Excellent location, the condo was quite a good size. The property is old, but very clean & comfortable. Can be a bit noisy at night,not that it bothered us, but I know some people have a problem with that. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

  The Bus system wins national awards here in Honolulu, its the best!! Not as good as the fact that you now have Alii Beach Rentals Rewards from this trip that you can use toward your next stay for things like free check out cleanings and ABC Store gift cards!!

  Room was clean. Facility is a bit dated but nothing that was a problem. Instructions for access were good. Very good location for access to all Waikiki destinations. Will definitely stay again or recommend friends to stay.

  This Rental looked exactly the same shown in the pictures. Unit was dated but clean with lots of towels and we found the beds very comfortable. Good outside view from room. Instructions from Ali’i Beach Rentals for accessing unit were quite easy and was able to checkin quickly.
  Parking space was next to elevator and unit next to elevator was great.
  Wonderful location on Waikiki beach, we were able to go for walks everyday in the was so much fun.
  The only problem which we had during our stay was the Elevator not working most of the times. Out of 3 evelators, only 1 was semi-working and had to wait atleast 30-40mins each time. When checking out with the whole family and luggage, had to wait an hour for the Elevator as it was already crowded and had no space for us.
  Would definitely stay here again if the Elevator problem is fixed, the Royal Kuhio was a lovely building.

  Rental looked just like the pictures, easy instructions from Ali’i Beach Rentals for accessing unit which was fantastic because our flight got in late and we were tired. Parking space next to elevator and unit next to elevator was great. Unit was clean with lots of towels and we found the beds very comfortable. Wonderful location on Waikiki beach, we were able to go for walks everyday.
  Unit is a little dated, our constructive feedback would be that the bedding could be updated, dropped drawer in the dresser could be fixed and the corkscrew is non functional. We purchased a new one along with some containers to take our groceries with us each day.
  Would definitely stay here again, the Royal Kuhio was a lovely building.

  Royal Kuhio is the 2nd time and the location is very nice and I like it.
  There was a problem with the shower head and the disposer of the kitchen, but I had it corrected immediately.
  In the kitchen, in addition to the coffee maker and the toaster, there was a rice cooker and it was useful.

  This was an awesome rental with a great location, close to restaurants and stores and a short walk to the beach. The rental is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and relatives. Free parking is a big plus.

  Booking was quick and easy. Rental was clean and just as described. Not a great view of the beach, but you can see it. Indoor parking is wonderful and in high demand in Waikiki. Other people in the building were kind. Pool and BBQ area are wonderful and clean. There were plenty of amenities including towels and lots of kitchen dishes and beach chairs. McDonalds is right across the street and Starbucks and Jamba Juice there as well. Great wifi connection in the room.

  noticed a couple of defect but not a major problem. left note in maintenance form through the mobile app but I have no idea whether it was reviewed or not because no response was made. and Wi-Fi is a bit weak.
  but overall I had a wonderful stay in kuhio 1610. convenient location, clean well maintained facility and free parking which is huge plus in Honolulu area.

  My family really have enjoyed ourselves in the room.
  While we can see Waikiki beach partially, the room is not too hot in the daytime.
  Amenities are enough for our three weeks stay.
  There are lots of kitchen tools, e.g. cups, (5 or more) knifes, rice cooker and so on.
  The bath tab is not big for Japanese use, is not for running the hot water.
  
  The bus stop is just in front of the condo. It is convenient to go shopping, to restaurant, to zoo and so on.
  Without bus, Waikiki beach, DFS, RHC, coffee shops, international restaurants are in walk distance.
  
  My wife says that she definitely like to stay Royal Kuhio again and I agree with her.

  It would be ideal,if a management staff be in the building atleast a few hours a day. Security people are rude and uncooperative. A stranger is usually in need of help right away. Mahalo!

  The company was excellent to deal with and the condo was very nice. Our biggest problems were the downtown noise (loud most of the time) and the air conditioner hadly kept up with the heat. The good news was that the location was excellent, in the middle of everything, and the condo was very clean and secure. Great place to take the family!

  OK view from Lanai. Unit is more a studio than 1 bedroom. Would be better with king or queen bed instead of 2 singles. Over all property fairly well maintained for older complex. Good value for the money. Good central location in Waikiki, easy walk to everything you need. Parking is included as an added bonus, not like some others where the cost of parking is more than the car rental. Ali'i Beach Rentals awesome to deal with, will definitely do business with them in the future.

  From first contact, this company made our vacation rental so simple. Booked online, was given discounted rates. The room was exactly as posted on their website. Prepared with all the things a kitchen suite should have, plus perks like beach towels. Great location and comfortable, clean accommodations. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.   This property's best feature was the location. Close to everything - 2 blocks from the beach. Free parking was a plus once we got our rental car. But the bus stop is literally outside the front door. The down side....the trash chute is right outside the door & smelly. But you CANNOT smell it inside the unit. By my high standards, it could have been a little cleaner & is probably due for a remodel. However, for the price we paid though it was pretty close to perfect.

  The condo was in great condition, quite spacious, had the entire full kitchen(although didn't have the cooking pans) and in great location. Good responsive management. Will rent the same condo homes if we visit again. And I think we got it for a great deal which makes it even better.

  Enjoyed every minute. Location was great. People are wonderful and helpful. Convenient to transpont and other places. Had a wonderful time which I will never forget in my entire life.

  Royal kuhio exceeded my expectation. The location, cleanliness, and experience was amazing and I'm glad I stayed at the Royal Kuhio. The location was extremely convienient and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

  We had a great time during our stay at Royal Kuhio. It was easy to check in and check out. We enjoyed and were thankful for the security of the building itself. No worries about our belongings when we were out and about. The room itself is not luxurious but it was a safe, clean and comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The location is great, just a block or two walk to everything! There is a bus stop just out front of the building and the buses are easy to maneuver and take you just about anywhere you want to go. Alii Beach rentals was also great because they sent Facebook posts with info for things to do while you're vacationing. This was our first condo rental and my first Hawaii vacation. I was a bit hesitant about spending money and very budget conscious but everything went off without a hitch! Very smooth transaction, no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend using Alii Beach Rentals to anyone. My daughter is in the Navy and stationed in Hawaii for the next 3 years. I will definitely be booking with Alii Beach Rentals again! Thank you for a great vacation with NO worries!

  Alii beach rentals was very organized, and very helpful. The directions they gave from the airport to the condo were right on and easy. Location was fantastic. Can walk almost anywhere. It was a very good stay. Would definitly stay again.

  Very satisfied with location,room and kindly assistance of staff.Especially Ms.Jessica.Thank you so much! Just one point,Toilet was little bit noisy.Not broke, but water kept frashing very long time.

  Toilet flapper probably needs replacement. It sometimes leaked and needed multiple flushes to seat. Otherwise good stay.
