  This place was very clean and spacious for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped but didn’t have enough basic spices except for salt and black pepper. We bought soy sauce, tobasco sauce and left them there for the next renters. Good size bedroom with enough storage closets and a nice small safe but the mattress was too soft that gave us backache after 1 night of sleep so we moved to sleep on the sofa bed for the rest of our 10 nights. Bathroom was also spacious and very clean except for the ridiculous bathroom sink. It was very odd and high. I’m 5’3” and was having a hard time using the sink.
  
  Over all despite the above facts we were still very pleased with this place and gave it a 5 stars because of the following reasons:
  1. The property manager was very courteous and accommodating. They let us check in early around 2:00 pm instead of 3:30 pm as we arrived early.
  2. The magnificent view from the sofa bed we slept every night. From the sofa bed we could see the lights from other buildings right there right on the bed just like the view of a city when we stand on top of a hill and look down to see all the buildings and lights. Well for me it was like a wow and fascinating. We kept the patio door and curtains opened all night while sleeping so we could enjoy the view.
  3. The location is the best. It took us about 4-5 minutes to walk to the beach. There’s a Steak Shack right on the beach which we have gone there countless times on this trip and our previous 2 trips. That place is a bomb. It’s always crowded, reasonable price and had delicious steak salad! Loved the Tropics Bar & Grill - Hilton as well, should try the Shishito Blistered Peppers there, the bomb! The location is walking distance to my favorite shoppings at Hermès Waikiki and Chanel were just right around the corner. Waikiki Post Office is right on the next street & we found a shortcut to walk there as well. We used the same shortcut many tim

  We’ve stayed at the Regency prior to Covid and love the condo complex. The staff Is so friendly and you can’t beat the location. First time staying on the 9th floor and beautiful view of the ocean. Our only unusual experience was the shower tap. When turned on to the right, it was very cold. We then discovered that you only had to turn it slightly to get hot water. Other than that we look forward to staying there again in the future. We just loved it.

  I liked the place we were staying. It was a bit too small for a family of four. If I go again I would stay there again. I liked the view. Walking distant to the beach. Could find really nice restaurants close by.

  Everything was easy and clear. The place is clean. There are towels provided. The view is great! The beach is 5 minutes walk. The restaurants is the most amazing part of this! You have to try the Ginza Bairin food!! It's also very close to the Royal Hawaiian Center and to Island Vintage coffee. This place is good for family. The only thing is the parking. Look for their instructions, it's really the best way to go.

  Excellent choice in this price range compared to others we’ve stayed at .
  Only reason for a 4 out of 5 rating is no place is perfect .
  But— it was clean , spacious , good size balcony , well equipped modern kitchen , nice bathroom . Small bedroom but ok .
  Small detail —- whoever decided to put in that impractical, ridiculous bathroom basin should be shot at dawn ( not literally— it’s an old British saying :-) ) Sliding patio door should have been fixed but it still worked .
  All in all a good choice , we would stay again for sure .

  Walking in it was great. The staff downstairs was very helpful and having the brand new ABC store located outside was very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing and sunrise/sunset and was perfectly located so that traveling along the beaches was a breeze. Also, I would like to add that this facility does have washer and dryers on site located on the 2nd and 7th floor. My wife appreciated the amenity the most.
  
  I would highly recommend staying here again and look forward to coming back to Waikiki in the future.
