Great place to unwind after exploring the island
Bellefonte, US, August 24, 2025 June 2025日後に4日間滞在The house was fantastic! The immediate surrounding area (i.e. the gated community) was beautiful. The house had everything we needed plus many extras. It was extremely clean and very spacious.
There is a very nice beach not far from the house as the property lists.
I feel it is important to note, however, that the city of Waianae has the highest crime rate on the island. That being said we had no issues while staying there.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

Kids enjoyed the ping pong table, and we appreciated having the beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, etc.available to use. Location wasn't ideal for what we wanted to do, had to drive pretty far to get to main "tourist" areas. Price was good, though.
We had an issue with the front door keypad not working one evening when we returned, but rental agency answered my call immediately and was able to get us into the house in short order. Came the next day and fixed the issue.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

Next, you have a property manager that provide s clear instructions about the basics but also give you suggestions about things to do locally and useful practical tips that make your stay more pleasant. The homes were clean, every was in good working order and tastefully decorated. If you see Alii is the property manager then I would say it's safe to assume that you will enjoy the property and be well cared for and have clear instructions about the most common questions. Plus receive other helpful information.

Amazing Home, Amazing Host

They have plenty of towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. The house was large with plenty of space and was also very clean. All the appliances are brand new and top notch. We loved the ductless AC system as each person could have the temp set to his or her liking. It was difficult to find as it was brand new so forget the navigation once you get into the development and read the directions given by the house carefully. This is due to the house and development being so new that the phones navigation thinks your driving on dirt.
