  The house was perfect for our needs. The 4 bedrooms were all upstairs. 2.5 baths. The hot tub was a nice addition but we didn't have time to really use it. The community pool was open but very crowded so we didn't use it. The house location was a little far from the north shore and Waikiki but there was a lot to do in the western area so we would stay in this area again.

  The house was great for our party of 9 (6 adults, 3 kids including 1 two year old). It was nicely decorated, clean, and had a great view.
  I do want to note that while the house was great and we would stay there again - there are a few things that could be better: dining table and chairs were wobbly and were not a fit for the kids; the provided hand soaps and shampoo/conditioner/body soaps were kind of sketchy (foggy or water added?) so definitely bring your own; better vacuum - the suction wasn't that great.
  The location was ok. Note it is in a more residential area of the island and the beaches do have a lot of the homeless encampments but the house is in beautiful gated community. Though we did not feel unsafe either within the community or even when driving through / visiting restaurants or stores the area. We didn't visit any beaches south of the main road to the house due to the homeless, but did go to one just north and it was nice. Waves were crazy so not much water play (though there were lifeguards and plenty of surfers)- need to drive further to more recommended beaches for safe water.
  It is quite the drive to the freeway (about half hour regardless of traffic due to speed bumps and traffic lights) if you plan on venturing out around the island during your stay, but if you plan on spending your time relaxing and being at the house, it's perfect.
  Driving times to places we visited: HNL airport ~45 minutes; Kailua Beach ~1.5 hours; Aulani ~30 minutes; Waimea Botanical Gardens ~1.75 hours; Pearl Harbor ~45 minutes.
  We did visit the Beach House restaurant that is recommended, but note that it's on a small army base so you have to park down the street outside the gates. Sunset view there is amazing, as well as the food/staff.

  This was the perfect place for the five of us. Beautiful view for your early morning cup of coffee. All the extra beach towels, chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. The added sunscreen was a bonus, one less thing to pack.

  Beautiful home in a nice new neighborhood. Our only disappointment was not being able to explore the nearby beaches because of the number of homeless encampments. This aside, the time we spent on the property was wonderful. House was clean and well equipped. Check in was easy. Hot tub was a wonderful added bonus.

  Lovely Home, so much nicer than a hotel. Well maintained home and clear instructions provided.

  The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The property was clean but one had to take necessary precautions of not attracting ants and flies. Would have been great if we were told this in advance. Check in process was easy and it was easy to find the property. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives.
