Grand Rapids, United States, September 1, 2024 August 2024日後に5日間滞在This place was so perfect, great views, and peaceful. The layout of the home was perfect. I have aging parents and having all rooms on one level was just what we needed and a place tucked away from busy downtown. The locals were so kind and welcoming. The sound of the chickens and roosters was both hilarious and oddly soothing. We literally had everything we needed from cookware, dishes, washer/dryer, games, towels, tv’s in every room with access to log into our streaming services. The hot tub was perfect because our water excursions were cancelled due to a storm. We had one sunny day and no space to reschedule so the hot tub gave us a chance to get some water time and relaxation. The people at the gate were so kind and communication from team was excellent.

Gorgeous Views in a Peaceful Neighborhood
Sarah G. から Nashville, US, July 10, 2024 June 2024日後に5日間滞在Dreamy views! We ate breakfast every morning on the patio to soak in the gorgeous landscape. The house was comfortable for our family of 7. My children were thrilled to find a multi-game table (pool, ping pong, etc) in the garage. There was also a variety of beach equipment to borrow if needed- boogie boards, chairs, a cooler... On our last day we came back sandy and found the exterior side entrance to the garage with a hose to rinse off. This was handy. The host was responsive with any questions that we had.
The property's neighborhood was wonderful. The Makaha Beach was our favorite! However, we may consider staying in a different area if we visit again to shorten our drive a bit. This location adds about 25 minutes to most places we visited... however, it was so peaceful to come home to.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

A lovely home...

There are some little things that we didn't like that have nothing to do with the house/ rental company.
Whoever wired the ceiling fans/ lights did so in a way that does not allow the fan to be run without the lights being on. The lights installed in the ceiling, three ham itself, and the ceiling fan light all turn on together. Turn the switch of and EVERYTHING turns off. Not much of a problem, but I usually sleep with the fan on so that the AC doesn't have to be on all night. That was not possible in this house, in any room.
The peacocks made it sound like there were cats right outside the window every morning. The roosters made their presence known from 0400-2200 daily. And there were no garage door openers available at all.
Minor inconveniences for sure. These things did not detract from my stay. The weather system that made it unseasonably rainy did, but that's not the fault of the property.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

Family Hawaii trip

The management company was very responsive and quickly addressed requests. The location is away from the crowded Waikiki area which we preferred.

Quiet neighborhood with warm home vibes. Gorgeous interior with all the essentials you would need and as described on the site. The backyard lights on the patio at night are beautiful and relaxing color changes ambiance. Great place to stay, food, souvenir shop and shaved ice!
