Excellent Location and Experience

It was so convenient to walk around Waikiki and the designated parking spot was a huge reason I booked (I would book again just for that). There are many restaurants and stores in the vicinity so it was easy to walk to whatever I needed.
The condo was as it appears in photos and came with plenty of amenities for my 5 day solo stay. The only thing I would be aware of is that there was occasional construction going on outside the balcony during the work week.
Check in instructions were easy and accurate. I checked in late after-hours and was easily able to get ahold of lobby security to be let into the building.
I would recommend this property to anyone needed a centrally located place to stay in Waikiki.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

Excellent Location and Experience

It was so convenient to walk around Waikiki and the designated parking spot was a huge reason I booked (I would book again just for that). There are many restaurants and stores in the vicinity so it was easy to walk to whatever I needed.

A Good Bang for your Buck
Durham, US, March 16, 2024 February 2024日後に6日間滞在We had a lovely time in this rental during our trip to Hawaii. The room is small but it was enough space for us. The building and some aspects of the room are definitely older and not very polished or updated (bathroom for example) but who needs fancy when you're in Hawaii? We knew we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in the room and really only using it for sleeping. If you are a light sleeper or are sensitive to noise, I would recommend earplugs or looking for somewhere else to stay. Even though it is high up in the building, the room is very loud at night, you can hear a lot of noise from the street and especially on the weekends, the party might last until 3 or 4am in Waikiki so be mindful of that. Free parking was deluxe and rare to find in Waikiki so that's a big plus. Staff was very friendly and let us keep our luggage behind the front desk after check out since our flight wasn't until 11pm. Overall, it's a very good unit and a great option if you're looking to save some money on accommodation. Location is great too, very walkable to beach.

Great Rental, Clean and just looked just as the pictures.

Had no problems at all checking in. Free parking spot is amazing. Kitchen is good. May I suggest maybe some simple seasonings maybe. Salt and pepper. But yea overall a good stay and no complaints. Would stay again.
