Great Month in Waikiki
Franklin Square US, 02. August 2021 July, 2021日後に30日間滞在The place is exactly as it appears in photos. The lanai cushions should be replaced, but that is a minor complaint. The building is secure and great. The pool area is amazing. The building staff is friendly and helpful. Having a parking spot is perfect. Wifi was strong, air conditioning worked great. We did have a few issues during our stay, the refrigerator broke, the smoke alarms broke and kept going off, the cable was out and we couldn't watch tv. Because of these issues we were forced to stay in and deal with repairs, etc. on multiple days. However, saying all this, it was a series of bad luck but the property managers were extremely responsive to any issues. They took care of the problems we dealt with immediately. As much as we ran into a few issues during our 1 month stay, we did not want to leave when the month was over and would come back again in a heartbeat. Great location, great building and property managers handled any issues promptly.

Perfect location

This condo was very clean and modern we enjoyed it very much and the pictures don’t give it justice! We felt like we were home!

Excellent Waikiki 2 bedroom condo

As before the condo is in excellent condition with a fully stocked kitchen and good views from the master bedroom family room and lanai. Many Waikiki buildings are old and don’t have central air. This building is modern and has excellent se unity and central air. We have stayed at multiple other condos in Waikiki and this has the nicest pool and grounds by far. Pool is large with pool house and outdoor grilling/picnic area. Will stay here again next we go to Waikiki!

Nice stay and convenient location
Severn United States of America, 20. August 2019 July, 2019日後に42日間滞在The condo itself was nice and furnished with everything you would need for a long term stay (I was there for 6 weeks). Just a couple of issue I had. First the address is 421 Olohana not 411 as indicated on the rental information, which made finding it on my first day a pain. Also, no where did it say in the rental information that you could park in the garage in an assigned parking spot. I about got towed parking in the guest parking outside. Lastly, no A/C in the master bedroom, so it was a lot warmer than the living room. Other than that a lot of things in walking distance, washer & dryer was very convenient, along with fully furnished kitchen and I saw security quite a bit walking the parking structure so a high level of safety.
