サンセットビーチ、ベルジーランド、パイプラインといった世界的に有名なノースショアのビーチへのアクセスは抜群です。 ゲートコミュニティ、クイリマ・エステート・ウエストには、プール、テニスコート、無料駐車場1台分、ゲスト用駐車場が完備。
クイリマ・リゾート内でも、タートルベイリゾートやビーチに近く、タートルベイアーノルドパーマーゴルフコースとジョージファジオコースのグリーンはすぐそばの好立地です。
こちらのユニットは、クイリマに多くある1ベッドルーム＋ロフトタイプではなく、2ベッドルームとなります。まるで一軒家の様な2階建て。2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム＋ハーフバスルームは人数が多くても快適です。マスターベッドルームは2階にあり、快適なキングサイズベッド、スマートテレビ、エアコンが備わっています。ゲストベッドルームも2階にあり、スマートエアコン、クイーンベッドと可愛らしい2段ベッドがあります。2つ目のフルバスルームは、2階の廊下にあります。リビングルームには、スマートテレビ、キングベッド、ゆったり過ごせるパティオがあり、ゴルフコースの素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。アイランドカウンター付きのオープンキッチンが使いやすいフルキッチン。廊下には1/2バスルームと洗濯機と乾燥機が設置されています。
注：1階にはエアコンがありません。
一歩外に出て、シェフ、ロイ・ヤマグチのビーチハウス、レイレイズ・バー＆グリルでお食事を楽しむも良し、ザ・ポイント・サンセット＆プールバーでのサンセットカクテルも絶品です。カフクの海老も外せませんね。 冬に訪れる際には世界に知られるバンザイ・パイプラインまで８キロ程ドライブして、壮大な波を眺めてみて下さい。夏場は波が小さいので、シュノーケリングなど海のアクティビティがおすすめです。 可愛らしいお店のたくさんあるハレイワ・タウンまでは車で25分程になります。 いつもと違うノースのハワイらしいバケーションはいかがでしょうか？

Great Stay
Jeff W. から San Diego, United States, April 20, 2025 April 2025日後に4日間滞在We had a nice stay at this condo. It was clean and met all our needs. Had 3 adults and 3 kids so room layout worked well for us. Property mngt was responsive. Had one minor issue with one of the AC units in a bedroom and they came and fixed issue. Location was great as we ventured up and down the North Shore. Also had friends staying at Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton which was only a short walk. Would recommend.

Good value for location

Super easy and quick walk to Turtle Bay resort + beach, and literally 60 seconds to get to the golf course clubhouse (great course by the way). No issues getting in or checking out. Grade A overall.

Met our needs!

Turtle Bay Condo- Kuilima Estates West

So easy to get to the East Sh (which we loved) and the food trucks and grocery shopping. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were super handy. It was nice to have boogie boards and surfboards available for our use. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having our coffee in the morning. There were six of us and when indoors most of our time as in the kitchen (so normal for our family). Two televisions - we never turned either one of them on - we were in Hawaii, who needs a television? Yes, we enjoyed staying here and liked the support and friendliness of all with whom we had contact.
