  The property was as advertised and served our purposes perfectly. The staff at Alii Beach rentals was responsive, helpful, and timely. They answered a phone call to give us the door code at 9pm on he the day of arrival. We left for the flight home in the dark at 6am and unknown to us, the hatchback of the Suburban was not secured and two bags fell out. The gate attendant saw it and called us within 10 minutes, allowing us to return to retrieve them.

  This rental was perfect for my family. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. We were a party of 7 and had enough space together or apart from each other. The condo is spacious and a great combination. The enclosed patio is perfect for the island weather. The pool is across from the condo which made the location ideal. The Lei Lei restaurant, club house and resort are all just a short walk away. Once you are on the turtle bay property you truly do not need your leave. I was concerned about parking but there are lots of guest parking. This was our first trip doing a stay as tourist's. This is a wonderful place to stay and have a relaxing time. I would recommend this spot for those with a group and want to decompress. I will keep this on my list of places to stay again.

  Condo is large 2 BR w/ loft sleeping areas, 3 BA, large kitchen area, gathering area and lanai with seating. Some beach equipment and snorkels are provided. It overlooks one of two golf courses in the area, which was closed for remodel during our visit. They did however have the Palms Music festival at the site just off our lanai but far enough away it wasn’t a problem. The kids actually walked over and watched from an elevated part of the course where they could see the stage over the fence. An added bonus that weekend.
  The property managers were available for questions and issues before and during the stay. An issue was dealt with before the trip involving a possible issue during our stay. The roofs were going to be replaced and they gave an option to relocate for the week, although they had no suitable replacement for a similar price. They ended up taking some money off the cost of the condo, which was adequate compensation for the added noise and inconvenience.
  The location is absolutely fantastic, away from most crowds, although the smart tourists come up to the north shore to enjoy the beauty and laid back island life. Food trucks are plentiful within 15 minutes in either direction and that is where we ate most meals. The condo’s kitchen does offer most amenities for cooking at home though. I even made some smoothies with fresh fruit we purchased locally. The PCC and Sharks Cove were highlights. The cove is a nearby alternative to going to Hanauma bay for snorkeling where we saw schools of fish right in front of us. You may like the zip line experience near Kahuku/Laie as well. We also loved nearby Waimea Falls and beach.
  The condo was perfectly located to reach all of these attractions within about 20 minutes in either direction. The beaches and mountains along the Eastern coast of Oahu were absolutely breathtaking on our few trips to Honolulu. Overall 10/10 for suitability for our families’ needs and the location/scenar

  What a fabulous trip and fantastic experience! Kuilima Estates West 3436 is a lovely unit. The kitchen is current and fully equipped with any utensils and cookware that you might need. The unit is spacious and very well located. TWO parking spaces right in front of the unit - super convenient. Washer/dryer in unit - super helpful as well. Furniture is in good condition and clean. Loved the blue rug in the main room. Plenty of bath towels - could have had more beach towels. Small pool in front of the unit was clean and warm.
  
  The unit is adjacent to the Turtle Bay resort and right on the golf course. Although not part of the resort we were able to use most of the resort facilities with the exception of the pool and the beach chairs. Totally understandable...the beach at the resort allows for public access. We were able to purchase a pass to the resort gym and had full access to the bars and restaurants on site. About a five-minute walk from the unit.
  
  The location of the unit is fantastic on the North Shore of Oahu- about an hour drive - hour and a half to Honolulu, Pearl Harbour and Waikiki Beach. The island is relatively small, and you can access most locations within that time frame.
  
  Would recommend renting a car, booking reservations for Pearl Harbor well in advance.
  
  We had a Christmas tree - Hawaiian style and were lucky enough to have been able to see the HUGE waves and the Eddie Would Go...Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational - lifetime cool thing!
  
  Grocery store about five miles from the unit - well stocked and definitely try the Poke!
  
  The rental agency was easy to work with and very responsive.
  
  We would definitely rent this unit again!

The unit is spacious and very well located. TWO parking spaces right in front of the unit - super convenient. Washer/dryer in unit - super helpful as well. Furniture is in good condition and clean. Loved the blue rug in the main room. Plenty of bath towels - could have had more beach towels. Small pool in front of the unit was clean and warm.
  
  The unit is adjacent to the Turtle Bay resort and right on the golf course. Although not part of the resort we were able to use most of the resort facilities with the exception of the pool and the beach chairs. Totally understandable...the beach at the resort allows for public access. We were able to purchase a pass to the resort gym and had full access to the bars and restaurants on site. About a five-minute walk from the unit.
  
  The location of the unit is fantastic on the North Shore of Oahu- about an hour drive - hour and a half to Honolulu, Pearl Harbour and Waikiki Beach. The island is relatively small, and you can access most locations within that time frame.
  
  Would recommend renting a car, booking reservations for Pearl Harbor well in advance.
  
  We had a Christmas tree - Hawaiian style and were lucky enough to have been able to see the HUGE waves and the Eddie Would Go...Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational - lifetime cool thing!
  
  Grocery store about five miles from the unit - well stocked and definitely try the Poke!
  
  The rental agency was easy to work with and very responsive.
  
  We would definitely rent this unit again!

  This place was great. Customer support was prompt and helpful and there was property staff available during the day too. There is a parking pass required if you have a car so make sure there is one available. We made the mistake of shopping first and the people before us had left behind things in the fridge and so we had doubles of some items. Just because there was some confusion on my part: there is one master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with king bed and the loft has a queen bed and two singles. There are three full baths. Excellent setup for three couples, and two kids. Only complaint is the sound carries and we could hear the neighbours, but it was quiet after 10 pm. Laundry was super handy, more than enough dishes, glasses, etc. You MUST snorkel and check out the turtles, highly recommend the hidden beach to the northwest.

  It is very spacious and location is great. A bit outdated, but overall very good impression.

  Plenty of space for 3 small families. Amazing screened in Lanai. Grilled fresh fish on the Lanai a couple nights. Pool was big enough for the kids and great location for all north shore activities.
