Wonderful condo in a great location!

This section of the golf course has been closed for a few years so we had a HUGE grassy backyard to walk on all the way to the ocean! Only one thing I wish it had was a full length mirror in the master bedroom to check out my new swimsuits, and to use to put makeup on when the bathroom was occupied, then more than one person could get ready at a time. Loved the snorkling equipment and other beach supplies!

The AC and fans made those afternoons when it was a little hotter really nice. Communication with the property manager was easy and smooth. There were a couple of maintenance things but we were able to communicate those and they’ll take care of them for the next person’s stay. It wasn’t anything that made our stay less pleasant.

We could hear the ocean from the lanai, and it was a short walk across the golf course to a very nice, almost secluded beach. We even saw a monk seal! The property was exactly as pictured, it was a great space with all the essentials for a great vacation. Clean, modern, great cooling system, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home base as you explore the north shore.

Great Location
Carlsbad, US, July 26, 2023 July 2023日後に6日間滞在This property is in a great location with amazing beaches and food nearby. The property managers were very attentive, and the property has everything you could possibly need. I thought the beach umbrella and snorkeling fins provided were a huge bonus. My kids loved the upstairs loft as their own little man cave. The upstairs shower was pretty small, so the boys used mine downstairs. Every room had a large TV and air conditioning. I am a researcher, and noticed that this was one of the only properties that actually had an air conditioning unit in the upstairs loft. This was a definite selling point for me and very needed. The furniture and majority of the unit has been updated, but basic (very cute, but don’t expect luxury). I wish there was a L-shaped sofa sleeper to sit on instead of a futon. I also wish the downstairs bedroom had a quieter air conditioning unit like the rest of the property. However, it did work well and to keep us cool. The rental property was very clean. Overall, I do recommend staying here and we would return. Thank you for the great stay.

The Condo has everything you could possibly need, snorkel gear, bodyboards, beach chairs, a portable cooler and more. The Kitchen is fantastic, with all you need to cook a full meal, if you wanted to.
But the best thing about this Fabulous Condo is the location, you are within walking distance of the world-famous Turtle Bay Resort, the golf course, pristine beaches of the North Shore, walking trails and attractions.
