ディズニー・アウラニ・リゾートはコオリナ・センターの真向かいに位置し、ヴィラから徒歩約10～12分。アウラニリゾートに面した絵のように美しいラグーン1は駐車場に限りがあり、なかなか停められないことも多いため、徒歩で行くことができるのは大変便利です。

Wonderful Winter stay in Ko Olina Kai
Traverse City, US, March 16, 2026 February 2026日後に28日間滞在We felt very fortunate to have found this townhome rental. The home was exactly as advertised. This was a spacious 3 BR/3BA unit, in great condition and a perfect location to a boutique grocery, shopping, restaurants, hiking pathway along the ocean, and 6 beautiful lagoons all within walking distance. The neighborhood was well kept up and the whole area was safe.
This is the drier side of Oahu, so when it might be raining elsewhere, Ko Olina was sunny with wonderful trade winds to keep the temperature comfortable.
The customer service was excellent, courteous, and professional. They were very responsive to any questions.
This location was ideal to explore the entire island. Our favorite restaurants were Beach House in Haleiwa on the North Shore, Earl's Bar and Grill and The Hideout both located in Honolulu near Waikiki Beach. In Kapolei, a 12-15 minute drive from our home, were Assagio for Italian food and Doraku for sushi, both excellent and good value. Our favorite shave ice was Mountain Magic in Waianae and Ulilani in either Pearl City or Waikiki.
Even surfing lessons could be found near Ko Olina. Look no further than Danny Boro at Westside Surf Lessons. He was excellent and able to get everyone up on a board.
If looking for a Winter away, we would highly recommend Ko Olina Kai 1025C. -

The unit was spacious, updated as advertised and well furnished. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Alii customer relations was excellent. They addressed any of our questions and were available when we needed them. At one point, during our 2 month stay, the ice maker wasn’t functioning and after a call to Alii, they had a service technician fix the problem very quickly. The location of this townhome was superb and Ko Olina is a hidden quiet gem with easy access to multiple beaches bordering beautiful lagoons. We would definitely consider utilising Alii Beach Rentals again.
