**2025年4月2日：6階のプール、ジャグジー、プールデッキエリアの年次予防保守、清掃、修理を実施いたします。この作業のため、プール/ジャグジーデッキ（フェンスで囲まれたエリア）は2025年11月9日（日）午後9時から一時閉鎖いたします。作業完了後、2025年11月18日（火）午前7時（天候によります）に営業を再開いたします。**

Vancouver, Canada, February 24, 2026 January 2026日後に19日間滞在There was one mechanical issue and Ali’i responded positively immediately. The only issue I had was the floor was dirty and I had to wash my feet before heading out. I did sweep sand I brought in accidentally a few times but was not prepared to wash the floors while on my vacation. This is something easily addressed by the cleaning crew.

Great location
Grand Forks, US, July 13, 2025 July 2025日後に7日間滞在The entrance to the hotel/vacation rental is clean and well maintained so we were surprised by the dated hallways which made us concerned about what the room would look like. The room was small but had everything you need. It was updated minus the bathroom. View was nice but didn’t realize we were on the 42 floor and I’m scared of heights so definitely would have preferred a lower floor. Common area and pool were also nice and well maintained. In the room we were given plenty of towels, toilet paper, pool towels and the use of beach chairs which was great! Only small thing I have to say is there was only 1 fork. But honestly, great place to stay and can’t beat the price!

Great location

The AC is a little loud but that can be expected. I would recommend that they add a floor fan which can be used insted of AC at night. Cheaper to operate than AC and a lot quieter. Overall I would give it a 5 out of 5

部屋は普通のワンルームタイプでそんなに広くはありません、2人までなら全然問題なしです。エアコンをつけると室内とバルコニー共に少しうるさいです。バルコニーは広くテーブルと椅子が2つ有りのんびりできました、ダイヤモンドヘッドも一望でき、遠くにはカハラの海まで見えます。

部屋は普通のワンルームタイプでそんなに広くはありません、2人までなら全然問題なしです。エアコンをつけると室内とバルコニー共に少しうるさいです。バルコニーは広くテーブルと椅子が2つ有りのんびりできました、ダイヤモンドヘッドも一望でき、遠くにはカハラの海まで見えます。

Beautiful View and Excellent Location

The view from the lanai is breathtaking and inspired us to do the hike up to Diamond Head (which I highly recommend). We were not expecting to use the pool because Waikiki Beach was only 3 blocks away, but we ended up going to the pool and hot tub daily because both are large and very well maintained. The store on the 6th floor and diner in the lobby were also really convenient. The kitchen area is quite small, so not recommended for big-meal production, but was useful in that we did not need to eat out every meal in expensive Waikiki. Alii Beach Rental customer service staff was helpful and quick to reply whenever I contacted them during our stay.
