Having stayed in bulding several times, I hadn't anticipated this issue.
However, it vould be nice to have at least one armchair with a good backrest, other than the fold out bed.
A complete repainting would be a plus, as would updating the bathroom (removing the stains on the wall).
And instructions for using TV for Europeans would be hepful as it's not easy to use. Also why are there 4 remote controls ?

No disappointments if you stay with them. I’ve been using ABR for years and always stay in Waikiki. They have many properties located throughout the island but Waikiki is convenient for the city bus and ability to walk to most destinations. Island Colony is my favorite cause of its location, big balconies, and beautiful views. The complete kitchen comes in handy and the prices are reasonable.

The view from this balcony every night was beautiful. There was a full kitchen and I still miss the shower pressure from that shower head. Parking here was hassle free and it was close to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

The room was a great size, the view from the balcony was great, and it was nice to have a kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking things you could need. We were surprised and happy to see beach towels, beach chairs, and water bottles in the refrigerator. The room was clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. We loved how close the condo was to everything and only a few minute walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the pool. It was never crowded and very quiet and nice. There are countless restaurants and shopping malls a few minutes walk. This place was great and affordable and we will be staying with Alli beach rentals again!
