  The unit was perfect location as we had great views from the lani. It was nice to have security which made it safe to stay at the unit. Having excess to the pool, laundry and barbecues was great. Only concern was one of the neighbours smoking marihuana on their lani and it would come towards us. We put the fan outside to blow the smell away. The fridge leaked water onto the floor. Microwave worked plus everything we needed was there. The bathroom was a little small

  This is our 2nd time at this property, although in a different unit. I don't think there's another property that has the convenience, the amentities, the parking arrangements, and the comfort of a condo unit. Although I preferred the view of the previous unit on the 42nd floor (I think it was), this still had an amazing view. We did also like the layout of this unit a bit more too. While the a/c wasn't really any quieter, I reallly loved the fact they provided a remote control for both the fan and the a/c. We were able to dial-in our comfort levels pretty well. The bathroom is pretty tight, but we knew that and it was fine. We also really appreciated the backpack cooler and beach chairs, those came in pretty handy.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Island Colony #3007 condo. The views of the ocean and of the Ala Wai canal were lovely. The condo is close to many restaurants and shops, and of course, only a few blocks from the beach. Checking in was easy, even at 11pm, and the rental staff is so responsive, just a quick text and whatever you need is taken care of. The condo pool area is spacious and has plenty of lounge chairs, and the sauna is HOT! Thanks for a wonderful, clean space for us to enjoy Oahu. Mahalo!!

  Enjoyed my stay and would like to visit again. The check-in system was very organized and went quickly and smoothly. Unit was "as advertised" with just a little bathroom wear and tear. Kitchen condition was good, but in need of just a few basic utensils (spatula). Called property management regarding some broken stovetop dials and a very slow water leak from the fridge. A little delay in getting the repairs done (extra day), but the person who came to the unit was great. Some of the furniture showing signs of age, but I would definitely stay again. This was a working vacation and the wifi was excellent. (Marketing tip - make a computer monitor available in the unit - although the tv worked great as a 2nd monitor.) The view of Diamond Head was wonderful. I am very glad that I picked this unit. I miss it already!

  Everything was as described at this rental. We did not find we were missing anything we needed in our room and everything was in good working order. We liked having the inside table space to use when the sun got too hot on the lanai. The little dishwasher was such a bonus to run dishes through nightly. We really enjoyed the BBQ's and pool area. There is a lovely little store in the building that didn't feel ridiculously expensive. The building felt safe, well organized and everyone was helpful. No issues that we had to deal with the management company on, but everything was smooth through booking and check in. We have already recommended this place to family!

  Great location, very clean. It has everything you need to cook which saves you money and we loved it, the view from the balcony is beautiful. Next time we come back we will stay here again.

  The property was exactly as described.The studio suite was clean and well maintained for the most part.The only problem we had was the bed.The springs on one side were broken causing it to be uncomfortable. Before we left we notified the company about it so hopefully it will be is one of the better companies that we have delt with. We would recommend them to our friends. It is in a central location. Close to the beach,restaurants,and shopping. We liked how much security they had in place.

  Beautifully decorated super clean unit with so many thoughtful and high quality details and a beautiful view. Island Colony is a great location and the building has laundry, a convenience store, book lending library, water bottle refill station, bbq grills, and more. We loved this unit far more than the resort where we stayed at first. I highly recommend Ali'i Beach Rentals.
