Great views over the mountain, golf course & canal. Basic apartment with bed, TV, kitchen & bathroom - no great extras, but had what I needed. Was quite noisy @ night - seemed to be a lot of traffic noise. Floors seemed like they hadn't been washed, just vaccumed as I wiped something off the floor & it was pretty dirty - otherwise was very clean.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

The bathroom and kitchen areas were spotless, and all bedding—including the sheets for the sofa bed—was fresh and clean. We didn’t see a single insect during our stay, which was a pleasant surprise.
The kitchen was fully equipped, making cooking easy and enjoyable. Plenty of towels were provided, which was very thoughtful.
But the highlight was definitely the spacious and comfortable lanai. My grandmother, who is in her 80s, spent most of her day relaxing there—it truly made her stay special.

Well appointed with pots and pans and 2 fold out couches/beds if needed. Your on the 20th floor so nice views of the surrounds, but there is still some road noise if you are a light sleeper. Didn't effect us. Also only a 5 minute walk to the famous marugame udon. Best value and tasting udon in Hawaii.Response from Alii Beach Rentals

The view from the living room was amazing! A block from Kuhio Ave where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. International Market is a couple of blocks. You're pretty much walking distance to everything. Bonus - there is a restaurant (Forty-Niner) in the lobby that serves an amazing breakfast. A word of caution - the traffic on Ala Wai Blvd can get a bit loud.
