海/マリーナ側の剥離補修工事はほぼ完了しておりますが、作業時間中（午前8時から午後4時）は断続的に騒音が発生する場合がございます。工事完了までの間、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。建物全体の剥離補修工事は、予定通り2025年9月下旬に完了予定です。**
