イリカイ・マリーナからのお知らせ - 剥離工事の最新情報
海/マリーナ側の剥離補修工事はほぼ完了しておりますが、作業時間中（午前8時から午後4時）は断続的に騒音が発生する場合がございます。工事完了までの間、ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。建物全体の剥離補修工事は、予定通り2025年9月下旬に完了予定です。**

息を呑むほど美しいマリーナオーシャンビュー、どこまでも続く、クリスタルブルーの海、イリカイマリーナの15階からの眺めは言葉では表現できないほど素晴らしく、更には金曜夜にに上がる花火をお部屋から見ることができます。フルキッチンの使いやすい１ベッドルームユニットです。
ヨットハーバー、ヒルトンラグーン、青くどこまでも続く海、明るい日差し…海の表情も清々しい淡い朝、真っ青な昼、オレンジピンクに染まる夕方と楽しむことができます。
サーファーやヨットの向こうに、時には遠くクジラが見えることもあります。

Couch and chair were a big issue for us at 63/65 due to seats too low and too deep and no armrests. We had to use sleeping pillows to adjust as best we could. Are seat on wicker chair and couch is a lounger more for curling up with your legs. No fan in the bath. AC worked great! 24 hr parking is currently $33/24 hr day. We would definitely stay again with different couch and chair.

Fantastic Location!

The fantastic views and sunsets wow'ed us every day and we just loved our time in the unit. There was the beautiful marina to look at as well as the Hilton lagoon and ocean and Friday night fireworks in full view.
The location was perfect for us because we didn't want to stay in the busy hustle & bustle of Waikiki, but we were just 10mins walk away if we wanted to go there. Location had plenty of eateries around and just 5mins to the large Alamoana Mall. It was also on a bus route for easy travel.
The building is a bit dated and the property shows it age, but the unit itself has some upgrades to it and really a great layout and comfortable to stay. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything and anything you can think of - except it didn't have a kettle, which we really feel was needed. The bathroom had hair dryers and even a curling tong! Honestly, the unit ws perfect and we will definitely be back
The communication from VRBO was fantastic with communication from the moment we booked. Being able to communicate via Whatsapp also made it real easy to be able to communnicate easy and quickly from overseas. The responses was always prompt.

I am very dissatisfied with the parking situation that they don't offer discounted parking rate for long term renters (monthly rate) Also we found the couch in front of TV very uncomfortable.

Great Views!

You can see the sunset and fireworks from the lanai. The only recommendation would be to replace the bed, it is old and uncomfortable. Otherwise we would stay here again.

You can see the sunset and fireworks from the lanai. The only recommendation would be to replace the bed, it is old and uncomfortable. Otherwise we would stay here again.

Well appointed updated unit with fabulous view

It is nicely updated with the exception of the old style boxspring bed which really should be replaced. The bed is soft and very loud. Everything else was great. We did a lot of cooking in the unit and were pleased with the equipment available. There was even a soft cooler and lawn chairs to take to the beach if desired.The location was perfect for us as we were working on a boat in the marine right across the street. I would stay here again once the bed is updated.

It is filled with light and the view from the balcony is incredible for sunrises, sunsets - any time of day really! It is an older building but the building is well maintained. We found the condo very quiet and liked the easy access to the beach / lagoon. We had a tiny issue with Wi-Fi during our stay and the response was extremely quick and solution provided quickly. I mention this not to complain about the issue but to highlight the responsiveness with which it was solved.
