The hotel and property are older, although remodeled there are still older features like the sliding glass doors and elevators. We did see elevator maintenance workers at least three times. Escalators from valet area to main lobby were out of order all but one day of our stay.
The property had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped, there was beach equipment - chairs, towels, boogie boards, ice chest and umbrellas. There were extra folding chairs, pillows and blankets. Having a washer/dryer in unit was also helpful. Lots of fans and great air conditioner!
Property has been updated inside. Few items need further updating like the backside of the tattered black out drapes and the repair sheet rock replacement holes in the ceiling. Toto toilet controls were also not working during our stay.
Love how close it was to the lagoon and the beach. Not a lot of restaurant options too close. There is a hotel restaurant and yummy ice cream and coffee shop on property. Ala Moana shopping mall is close enough to walk, it’s a bit of a trek though, not just across the street. We did walk down (20-25 minutes) to the bustling restaurant shopping area. You can walk on beach or through streets. There are two ABC stores close by.
Valet parking was $45/day. They got the car quickly when needed with the exception of check out times of mornings, it was busy then and took about 10 minutes to get car. Price was comparable to other hotels in area.
Overall this was a nice place to call home for the week with great views and a zen vibe. Enjoyed being just outside of the business of Waikiki. Would stay again.

Perfect location, nice condo

The property is older but there are really nice updates and the property has a great pool area and is close to beaches. The condo was sparsely supplied with no extra bedding or towels. The kitchen had the bare minimum and things were labeled in Japanese.

Perfect location, nice condo
Juneau, US, March 2, 2024 February 2024日後に5日間滞在This rental was exceptionally clean with an amazing view. The property is older but there are really nice updates and the property has a great pool area and is close to beaches. The condo was sparsely supplied with no extra bedding or towels. The kitchen had the bare minimum and things were labeled in Japanese.

Great Pent House With a View

Just a couple of very minor things to improve the condo:
- couch has some spots that can probably be cleaned easily
- some scuff marks on one of the walls in the master bedroom near the doorway, that can probably be cleaned off or painted over.
- baseboards need to be finished painting in master bathroom
Again, very minor, and did not take away from our stay at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend to others without hesitation. Nice Ocean View Penthouse (26th Floor)
Eastvale, US, December 28, 2022 December 2022日後に4日間滞在The unit was very nice and clean. Walk downstairs and you're at a public sand beach and it's not as busy as Waikiki beach. Location is convenient. Only valet parking is available and it's $35/day. The only thing we hope to see improvement is to have more supplies provided, like kitchen foil/saran wrap, laundry detergent, etc, because it's difficult to buy small portions and I don't think anyone would pack those when travel. Also, air conditioner didn't cool down the unit one morning when the weather was in the 80's.

The second bedroom is tight but there was enough space in the living room that we could keep a suitcase in the living room with no problem. Bed in master was comfortable. The other beds my children said were not quite as comfortable but they didn't have trouble sleeping. We would stay here again!

Very easy to find within the hotel. A few minor call outs. The wifi never worked and when asked about it, I was told to unplug the modem, that didn’t work either so I had to use my internet the whole stay. The dryer was also a pain. We weren’t aware that you have to remove the water that is absorbed, otherwise your clothes will not dry. This was a big pain. Lastly, the refrigerator was alerting us to replace the water filter. I feel like this should have been done before we arrived. Despite these things, I would be happy to return and recommend this stay to anyone.
