  We know this building well. This unit is in the ten stack. Offers great views of the marina, ocean and even the mountains. Property management company was, as always, excellent. The most basic of amenities, but they are there.

  The condo was awesome. Booking, checking in and out was all easy. It looked exactly like the photos. The views were a,aging with two balconies. The location was great. It’s a wonderful well appointed unit. I would highly recommend it.

  Staying in apartment was great. The location was amazing – you got breathtaking ocean views and few steps to waikiki beach. The interior was stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen.   We were a group of 2 couples who recently stayed in this 19th floor 2BD Ocean View Condo and it was a perfect choice. It was bright and spacious with an open living room and kitchen perfect for sharing but also the privacy of 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the Living Room meant everyone was happy to be able to control the temperature. It was a nice central location for exploring.

  The rental unit was exactly as described and the photo's provided served as an accurate description. Full 360 Views. Both rooms was of reasonable size and great to accommodate a family of 4. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and laundry on the same floor (you can use your debit cards). My only suggestion was maybe install a hand held shower in the main bedroom because if your tall - it becomes a bit of a pain. There is no dish washer so you might want to grab some detergent and a sponge if you plan on cooking. AC's work well in cooling down the apartment and everything else - TV, Internet and such worked great. Your don't really interact with the building staff unless your staying at the hotel but everyone was nice. Surrounding cafes, store and places to eat was walking distance, so you had everything at your finger tips. If you plan on exploring the island and rent a car - there are nearby garages that are cheaper which was a plus for us - otherwise $40 a day a to park there. Otherwise, wonderful apartment, close to every such as beaches, restaurants and shopping. Definitely would recommend.

  The view was magnificent! The beds were very comfortable and "Mike" from maintenance was very professional and replaced the TV within a day. There were a few glitches, however. If I may suggest there should be another towel rack in the bathrooms, along with a shower caddy for soap, shampoo, etc. The furniture was not adequate for 4 people--another chair or loveseat would be nice---the chain on door was broken, the a/c in the master bedroom was way to loud and could not be used at night, and low faucet water pressure in the master bath, and soap dishes would have been appreciated. The kitchen served our needs and the appliances provided were sufficient. Easy access to the pools and to the lagoon---and Cinnamon's restaurant was excellent! And yes, I would recommend this property to my friends if I knew the small nuances were corrected. Truly enjoyed the friendliness of this beautiful state. Mahalo!

  I rented while in the area for business. The building and condo were nice and clean. I liked the large living space. The master was great. The other room was ok. View was beautiful. Furniture was nice but needs some updating. But good location. I do like to have more amenities and access to a gym on trips but it was a busy trip.

  Lovely time in this 2 bedroom, high floor condo. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal on the lanai overlooking the ocean watching the surfers and sailors. Clean and comfortable. Never turned the big screen TV on...why would you when you're in Hawaii! :)

  LOVED my stay here. Best place I’ve ever stayed at! I hardly went out because the views were so breathtaking. Two bedroom, two bath, on opposite sides of the the apartment. Great location, 10 minute walk to the mall.

  Location was very convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. Condo was fairly clean..the floors could have been swept better and linens were old. Not dirty enough to call management , just needed detail cleaning done. Overall it was a good experience.

  Great rental, perfect location, amazing views. Rental company was prompt in responding to requests. Only downside is not many parking options: You either move your car constantly and pay $10-15 per day or $28+tips hotel valet. The valet is super nice though.

  The Condo was as described, two good bedrooms, a modern kitchen with all facilities, big living area with 2 lanais and absolutely fabulous views. The beds were comfortable and both bathrooms spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, utensils etc. Ali's beach rentals were always contactable and responsive to any requests. The only issue was that the air conditioners were needed in the afternoon as the setting sun came straight through the window. The a/c's were a bit noisy and possibly outdated. The addition of fans would be ideal. All in all, we will definately stay in this apartment again.

  Wonderful. Best place in waikiki We were there for our daughter's one event party next door I pointed out our appt. I had 2 people ask me for info for their next visit to Hawaii. Many were impressed just from pointing to it and was perfect. View spectacular.

  The views from the lanai were wonderful! We loved the location right next to the lagoon and within walking distance to a museum, a park, and restaurants. The condo looks just like the pictures! Just a note-the hallways and elevator of the building were hot-it is an older building maybe without central air in these areas.

  We enjoyed our stay at this Ilikai unit. Waking up to this view was amazing. The entire length of wall facing the ocean is glass! Huge glass sliding doors open up to a huge balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Tile floor throuought, kitchen was nice. Square footage was 1200 s.f. approximately. The bed in the master bedroom was a little small so it was handy that the couch folded into a bed. Bidet toilets in both bathrooms. Adequate bath towels, beach towels.
  
  Just want to note that there is no dishwasher in the unit and no drying rack for dishes, which was not a big deal, and we made do with hand drying the dishes, but maybe the owner can provide a dishrack.
  
  Super convenient location, valet parking $28 per day. The pool wasn’t the greatest and no hot tub, but you have the ocean to swim in just a short walk.

  Very comfortable apartment with great views. Only suggestion would be to update air-conditioner's as the through window systems are fairly noisy and had to be switched off at night. Other than that we can't fault the apartment and was a great place to come back to at the end of the day.

  We have stayed 3 or 4 times at the Ilikai because of location and quieter atmosphere than the Hilton next door. This unit was SUPER CLEAN and simple decor made life easy.
  The air conditioners were under-powered for the 2-bedroom unit (same issue in other units) even with the blinds drawn during the heat of the day; they kept up but worked many too many hours to do this.
