  The two bedroom apartment on the 11th floor was a comfortable, clean and convenient. It was our second stay of 30 days here. We had everything we needed to feel at home. We liked the two bathrooms, the extra-large lanai, and especially the washer and dryer. It was great to find the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler. We enjoyed our early mornings exercises and evening sunsets and fireworks on the rooftop.
  The location is extremely convenient to shopping. No taxi needed. And just a short walk daily to Kuhio beach.

  We just spent a wonderful month at 1101 Fairway Villa. We loved the spaciousness of with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, giving us room for family when they came to stay. The washer/dryer were a real bonus, as was the parking spot. The suite had pretty well everything we needed.
  The pool deck on the top floor were great for swimming, BBQs and stargazing. The building is professionally managed, with friendly staff and residents.
  The location was perfect and we could walk easily to the beach as well as shops & restaurants.
  Our one concern was immediately addressed by Ali’i Beach management.
  We liked it so well we’ve booked for next year!

  January 2022 was my first time in Hawaii. My friend, Carol, found the unit we stayed at from Ali i. We were so impressed with Ali i that we decided to come back to same condominium building, Fairway Villa, but we rented a different unit, which was even better than the one we had in 2022. Before getting into the physical unit, I must say that the
  Ali i staff: Rita, Gabby, Rington and Michael, were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. About the unit, the first thing we noticed was that it was very clean and had high end finishes, like the comfortable beds, ceiling fans, washer and dryer and couch. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We were on a higher floor and saw more of the sun. Our lanai faced the mountains, the Ala Wai Canal and the golf course. We liked that again our location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were about 2 blocks from a main street, Kuhio, where we had access to shopping, restaurants, coffee and convenience shops. The 24 hour Fairway Villa staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend Ali i and the unit 1101 at Fairway Villa to those who want to be where the action is in Waikiki.

  The place is clean and new. It's exactly what you see in the picture. All rooms have AC, the bathrooms are new & super clean. Being on the 11th floor, some days we don't need AC due to the fresh ocean breeze. The staff is super nice & very helpful. Thank you for giving us brand new cooking sets & chinaware. We like to cook and that helps a lot.The International Market Place is only 1 block away, and so are other shopping malls, restaurants etc... all are within walking distance. Waikiki beach is only 2 short beautiful blocks away. We enjoy all activities on Waikiki, day and night. The kitchen has everything food cooking and a large refrigerator for storing our foods. The canal right next to the apartment is beautiful at sunset and offers good soothing walks with benches and nice view of water, fish and grassy golf course on the other side.The apartment accommodates 6 of us nicely. Overall we had a very good time during our stay. Some days the garbage truck can be heard early in the morning, but that didn't bother us since we're from California (3 hrs in advance) and we're all woke up by that time. I sure will refer this place to family & friends, and will return in the future.

  The condo is nice and clean. Everyone in the build is really nice from the security, front desk to some neighbors we met. We stayed for 5 weeks. The only complain we had was the construction noise but it was indicated in the description. Location is great, working distance to beaches, shops and good restaurants. We would come back when all the construction is done... which not sure when... Our experience with Alii Rental is also wonderful.

  The condo is nice and clean. Everyone in the build is really nice from the security, front desk to some neighbors we met. We stayed for 5 weeks. The only complain we had was the construction noise but it was indicated in the description. Location is great, working distance to beaches, shops and good restaurants. We would come back when all the construction is done... which not sure when... Our experience with Alii Rental is also wonderful.

The only complain we had was the construction noise but it was indicated in the description. Location is great, working distance to beaches, shops and good restaurants. We would come back when all the construction is done... which not sure when... Our experience with Alii Rental is also wonderful.

  We had an amazing time at Fairway Villas. The security staff was friendly and always helped us with anything we needed. The location was very close to main Waikiki beach. We loved having the secure parking and rooftop view was breathtaking. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil and dishes needed to cook all meals there. There were places to store bikes and surfboards for a small $50. deposit which was returned to me within two weeks of checking out. We were very pleased with our experience and would stay there again.

  The apartment is very spacious for 4 people. Everything was very clean and the equipment was very good. From the balcony you had a beautiful view of the mountains and the canal. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and cafes in the area. The parking in the underground car park was also sufficient for our jeep compass. The check in was very easy, through the door code. The communication was very simple and questions were answered immediately.   This condo is located in a prime location, walking distance from the beach, and from most desirous destinations. The condo was extremely clean and evidently recently renovated. Only complaints are that the hot tub listed in the amenities is no longer in service, the pool is not heated, and the parking spot is very small (had to climb out of the window after parking—rent a sedan!!). Nonetheless, the location and cleanliness outweigh these minor details. The condo offered AC, a killer view, washer/dryer, kitchen needs and towels for both beach and shower. The rental company will email you about any left over items that can be donated to charity prior to check out. It was a very seamless stay, 10/10 will stay here again.

  This condo is located in a prime location, walking distance from the beach, and from most desirous destinations. The condo was extremely clean and evidently recently renovated. Only complaints are that the hot tub listed in the amenities is no longer in service, the pool is not heated, and the parking spot is very small (had to climb out of the window after parking—rent a sedan!!). Nonetheless, the location and cleanliness outweigh these minor details. The condo offered AC, a killer view, washer/dryer, kitchen needs and towels for both beach and shower. The rental company will email you about any left over items that can be donated to charity prior to check out. It was a very seamless stay, 10/10 will stay here again.

  The location was perfect, supermarket just down the street, minutes to walk to beach, shops, bus stops and restaurants. Apartment was a little cramped but comfortable. Having the two bathrooms was great especially as one had a low entry to the shower. My mother-in-law has mobility issues. Amazing view from the roof and we used the pool and BBQ there. All facilities were clean and well maintained. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would rent it again myself.

  Brilliant 2 bed, 2 bath with big balcony. Spotless clean with all new furnishings and renovations. Rita from Ali’i Rentals was an awesome hostess, she went out of her way to get us in early after a long flight and early arrival.. Our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) stayed for 15 nights and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen is well kitted out for long term stays including laundry facilities. Property overall is well maintained and well appointed - Food Pantry is across the street and Waikiki Beach is 5 mins away. Onsite parking was very convenient and we enjoyed using the Biki Bike station across the road too. Rooftop pool is awesome. We would definitely recommend!

  At first, the location of the entrance for parking is not on the same side as the entrance of the main door into the building, this is where you park to meet with the owner. The lot is actually on Ala Wai Blvd. The parking itself is a bit tight but I am glad I was able to park my car there.
  
  The condo itself is a bit small but myself and my family was able to fit, we had 5 people. I loved that the building was next to canal for my morning runs and International Market Place was just a block away and the beach was about 2 blocks away. It was great!
  
  Overall, my experience was that the owner was great and she was very responsive when I had questions call/text and the condo is in the most convenient location. I will definitely reach out again for my next visit.
