Millbrae United States, 02. July 2023 June, 2023日後に6日間滞在Unit was as beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved relaxing out on the spacious lanai. Be careful not to bump into the low glass coffee table which one family member did. Check in time delayed by 30 min. Otherwise, would definitely return again!

My only suggestion is to change the kitchen garbage can to a larger can that actually fits a 13 gallon kitchen bag. We had to take the bag out of the van and leave it on the floor to be able to finish filling the bag. Front desk personnel very helpful and grounds very well kept. Ko Olina is not close to Honolulu and a variety of restaurants due to traffic is the one downside of the area.

Week in Paradise!

It can be a bit of a drive if you plan to explore the rest of Oahu but our family did not mind. Only suggestion would be clearer instructions as check-in. Other than that, we had a fabulous time spending a week at this property.

Family enjoyed the workation in Ko Olina

Very spacious and nice floor plan. We were staying in a different unit (2BR beach front unit) in the same villa the previous week, and liked the villa so much we decided to extend our stay and booked this unit at the last minute. Beach front units had an unbelievable beach view (with one of the best sunsets in Hawaii!), but there is a lot of foot traffic all day along the beach path. This unit facing the pool is much quieter and relaxing (although sometime, the pool crowd can get a little noise).
Kitchen is very well equipped with all the pots and pans, appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Wish they would supply basic supplies like dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was some left from the previous user, but only enough for one time, so we asked local property management, but they told us we had to buy our own. We also ran out of toilet paper a few days before leaving (we stayed for 2 weeks), and when we asked for a couple more rolls, the front desk told us "after the initial free supply, we had to buy our own". Going out to buy toilet paper isn't an ideal way to spend the last few days of your vacation, so given the rental price (vs the cost of a few toilet paper rolls), we wish the owner, rental agency, or local property manager would provide all necessary supplies for free during the stay (or at least have a little convenience store on site).
One other request. It would have been nice to have a work desk in the bedrooms. Workation and remote work is becoming the norm, so more people would be able to stay at this wonderful resort longer if they could work productively during their stay.
Having said all that, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this vacation condo! Wife and kids are asking when we are going back!Response from Alii Beach Rentals

We appreciate your feedback about the work desk and the toilet paper, there is a convenience store not too far from the property called, Island Country Markets, in case our guests run out of anything they need. They sell items like laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, and toilet paper. They also have groceries and food.
